【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,公民參與政治的意識(shí)和水平在不斷提升,推動(dòng)了民主政治建設(shè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,但是,網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與中的各種問(wèn)題逐漸凸顯,要求我們必須采取相應(yīng)的措施。要消除現(xiàn)存的數(shù)字鴻溝就必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)落實(shí)地區(qū)的支持,做好對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與的宣傳引導(dǎo)工作;要進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)民主政治建設(shè)的發(fā)展,必須激發(fā)公民的網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與熱情;為了解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體事件,必須加強(qiáng)對(duì)公民的教育,引導(dǎo)公民樹(shù)立正確的網(wǎng)絡(luò)觀(guān),在政治參與中能夠提升自己對(duì)信息的辨別力和判斷力,減少跟風(fēng)現(xiàn)象;要讓公民進(jìn)行有序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與,必須要建立健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)法律法規(guī),加強(qiáng)倫理道德教育,為有序的政治參與做好服務(wù)工作。公民有序的政治參與不但可以加強(qiáng)和改善執(zhí)政黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),對(duì)執(zhí)政能力的提升有重要意義,而且是衡量民主政治建設(shè)的重要標(biāo)志,在公民政治參與意識(shí)不斷增強(qiáng),參與要求不斷提升的社會(huì)主義轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,如何推進(jìn)公民有序的政治參與行為,發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主政治,擴(kuò)大公民政治參與,提出相應(yīng)的意見(jiàn)和建議,是一個(gè)十分有價(jià)值和有意義的理論前沿問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society and the development of the network, the consciousness and level of citizen's participation in politics are improving constantly, which has promoted the further development of the democratic politics construction. However, the problems in the network political participation are becoming more and more prominent. If we want to eliminate the existing digital divide, we must strengthen our support for the areas where network information technology is implemented, do a good job in propaganda and guidance for network political participation, and further promote the development of democratic politics. In order to solve the network group affairs, we must strengthen the education of the citizens, guide the citizens to set up the correct network view, and enhance their ability to distinguish and judge the information in the process of political participation. In order to make citizens participate in network politics in an orderly way, we must establish and improve laws and regulations of the network, and strengthen the education of ethics and morality. The orderly political participation of citizens can not only strengthen and improve the leadership of the ruling party, but also play an important role in enhancing the ruling ability, and is an important symbol to measure the construction of democratic politics. In the period of socialist transformation, in which the consciousness of citizen's political participation is constantly strengthened and participation is required, how to promote citizen's orderly political participation behavior, develop socialist democratic politics, and expand citizen's political participation, Putting forward corresponding opinions and suggestions is a very valuable and meaningful frontier problem in theory.
