【摘要】：黨的十八屆五中全會提出"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"五大發(fā)展理念。共享發(fā)展理念被作為破解發(fā)展難題的著眼點和厚植發(fā)展優(yōu)勢的落腳點放在五大發(fā)展理念的重要位置。"人人參與、人人盡力、人人享有"的共享發(fā)展思想是馬克思主義發(fā)展觀中的理論創(chuàng)新,是中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政理念與時俱進的重要體現(xiàn),是中國特色社會主義本質(zhì)要求的深刻表征�；厮莨蚕戆l(fā)展思想在中國革命建設改革波瀾壯闊偉大征程中的歷史演進,聚焦經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)時代背景下共享發(fā)展面臨的新情況新問題新挑戰(zhàn),探究推進共享發(fā)展的落細落小落實的有效措施,對于實現(xiàn)第一個"一百年"的奮斗目標并為第二個百年目標的實現(xiàn)筑基鋪路,實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢有著深遠歷史影響和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the "innovation, coordination, green, open," Sharing the five Development Concepts. Shared Development Concepts are regarded as the starting point of solving the difficult problems of development and the foothold of the development advantages are placed in the important position of the five development concepts. "everyone participates, everyone tries his best," The shared development thought of everyone is the theoretical innovation in the Marxist development view and the important embodiment of the ruling concept of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to keep pace with the times. It is a profound representation of the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The historical evolution of the thought of shared development in the great journey of China's revolutionary construction and reform, Focusing on the new situation, new problems and new challenges faced by shared development under the background of the new normal era of economic development, and exploring effective measures to promote the implementation of shared development.
