【摘要】：阿爾泰烏梁海人原隸屬于準(zhǔn)噶爾汗國。乾隆十九年至乾隆二十二年(1754—1757年),相繼歸順清朝。清朝把阿爾泰烏梁海分為左右兩翼,編7旗,27佐(蘇木)。清朝時期,阿爾泰烏梁海屬科布多參贊大臣管轄。從1907年開始由阿爾泰參贊大臣管轄,1912年歸民國阿爾泰辦事大臣管轄。1919年屬于新疆省。該論文主要使用《近代新疆蒙古歷史檔案》、民國時期《政府公報》和《申報》、《西蒙古的汗、有爵位者、扎薩克、臺吉、官員、喇嘛等居住地調(diào)查冊》、《阿爾泰圖瓦檔案匯編》等檔案資料匯編,分析探討了阿爾泰烏梁海7旗的行政管轄和社會制度的沿革。論文有四個部分組成:第一部分是引論,介紹了選題緣由,研究目的,研究概況,研究方法和研究意義等。第二部分為阿爾泰烏梁海社會制度及行政管轄,20世紀初期阿爾泰——科布多邊區(qū)社會政治的歷史背景以及烏梁海檔案形成的歷史背景、收藏、內(nèi)容、分類及價值。第三部分和第四部分為主要探論了關(guān)于阿爾泰烏梁海7旗社會制度發(fā)生沿革的主要原因,過程和結(jié)局。
[Abstract]:The Altai Wulianghai people were originally subordinate to the Han state of Junggar. From 19 years to 22 years of Qianlong, the Qing Dynasty succeeded in succession to the Qing Dynasty. The Qing Dynasty divided the Altai Wu Liang Hai into two wings, making 7 banners and 27 Zuo (Su Mu, Qing Dynasty). Altai Uliang Sea belongs to the Minister of Counsellor of Cobdo. It has been under the jurisdiction of Minister of Counsellor Altai since 1907 and the Minister of Affairs of Altai in 1912. It belongs to Xinjiang Province in 1919. This paper mainly uses "Modern Mongolian History of Xinjiang". Archives, official Gazette and Declaration during the Republic of China, < Khan of Western Mongolia, A Survey of the places of residence of knighthood, Zasak, Taji, officials, Lamas, etc. This paper analyzes and discusses the history of administrative jurisdiction and social system of the seven banners of Wulianghai, Altai. The thesis consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the reason of selecting the topic, the purpose of the research, and the general situation of the research. The second part is divided into the social system and administrative jurisdiction of the Altai Wuliang Sea and the historical background, collection and content of the social and political background of the Altay-Cobdo Border region in the early 20th century, as well as the historical background, collection and content of the formation of the Wulianghai archives. The third part and the fourth part mainly discuss the main reasons, process and outcome of the social system evolution of the seven banners of the Altai Wulianghai.
