【摘要】：中日建交四十多年來,兩國關(guān)系一直出現(xiàn)了一個奇怪的現(xiàn)象——關(guān)系時常出現(xiàn)波動。這種波動通常伴隨著日本政府乃至民間對歷史問題的認識而出現(xiàn),特別是日本政府對二戰(zhàn)歷史的認識。從靖國神社問題、歷史教科書事件到否認南京大屠殺事件等,這些事件的出現(xiàn),嚴重影響了中日關(guān)系的正常發(fā)展,也傷害了中國人民的感情。即使在80年代中日關(guān)系的“蜜月期”,也曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)日本政府參拜靖國神社等問題,但并沒有影響中日關(guān)系友好的大局,90年代后,特別是小泉上臺以來連續(xù)參拜靖國神社,中日關(guān)系受到了極大的影響,這種影響主要是政治層面的,經(jīng)濟層面上雙方基本不受影響,即形成了所謂的“政冷經(jīng)熱”現(xiàn)象。小泉之后,雙方關(guān)系有所改善,并提出建立戰(zhàn)略互惠關(guān)系的倡議。然而,2010年圍繞釣魚島“撞船”事件、2012年釣魚島實施國有化等問題,中日關(guān)系迅速降到了歷史上的冰點,政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、人員往來等方面都受到了極大的影響,形成了所謂的“政冷經(jīng)冷”的現(xiàn)象,這是中日建交以來從未出現(xiàn)過的現(xiàn)象。為什么中日關(guān)系會出現(xiàn)這種波動,這種波動的根源是什么?這種波動,不僅僅是因為日本方面的問題,還有更深層次的原因。從其這種波動來看,中日邦交正�；恼勁�,雖然使中日兩國恢復(fù)邦交,但并沒有解決兩國之間關(guān)系的最深層次問題,這種深層次問題又是什么呢?
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan more than 40 years ago, there has been a strange phenomenon in the relations between the two countries. In particular, the Japanese Government's understanding of the history of World War II, from the Yasukuni Shrine issue to the history textbook incident to the denial of the Nanjing Massacre, has seriously affected the normal development of Sino-Japanese relations. It also hurt the feelings of the Chinese people. Even during the "honeymoon" period of Sino-Japanese relations on 80s, problems such as Japanese government visits to Yasukuni Shrine also occurred, but it did not affect the overall situation of Sino-Japanese relations after the 1990s. In particular, since Koizumi's successive visits to the Yasukuni Shrine since he took office, Sino-Japanese relations have been greatly affected. This kind of influence is mainly at the political level and basically unaffected at the economic level. After Koizumi, relations between the two sides improved somewhat, and they put forward a proposal to establish a strategic reciprocal relationship. However, the 2010 incident surrounding the Diaoyu Islands and the nationalization of the Diaoyu Islands in 2012 were related to such problems as the incident of "collision with ships" on the Diaoyu Islands, and the nationalization of the Diaoyu Islands in 2012. Sino-Japanese relations have rapidly fallen to the freezing point of history, political, economic, cultural, personnel exchanges and other aspects have been greatly affected, forming the so-called "cold economy" phenomenon. This is a phenomenon that has never occurred since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Japan. Why and what is the origin of such fluctuations in Sino-Japanese relations? This kind of fluctuation is not only due to the problems of Japan, but also to deeper reasons. Judging from this fluctuation, the talks on normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations, although the two countries have resumed diplomatic relations, But it does not solve the deepest problem in the relationship between the two countries. What is this deep-seated problem?
