【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展,老齡化問(wèn)題不斷成為社會(huì)熱點(diǎn),然而老人的晚年生活理應(yīng)得到足夠的照顧,單靠一種模式來(lái)解決養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題已經(jīng)變得愈加艱難,由此催生出機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老模式。本文主要以“機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的發(fā)展”為主題,以合肥市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,從老年人對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的需求以及服務(wù)供給兩方面出發(fā),分析目前研究合肥市和其他地區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的文獻(xiàn),來(lái)探究合肥市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和原因,并嘗試給出自己的對(duì)策和建議,期望對(duì)合肥市養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的緩解有所貢獻(xiàn)。研究表明,老人入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的需求和原因是多方面的,而養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)提供的服務(wù)也不盡相同,公辦與民辦的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)存在差距。本文立足合肥,找出影響合肥市機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老發(fā)展困境和原因,并提出機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化是養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì)、資金不足是養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境、“孝”文化傳統(tǒng)是影響機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的文化因素。為了推動(dòng)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,應(yīng)從強(qiáng)化政府的職責(zé)、建構(gòu)多層次的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系、加強(qiáng)社會(huì)工作者的專業(yè)化和職業(yè)化建設(shè)、重視老人的精神贍養(yǎng)服務(wù),以滿足不同經(jīng)濟(jì)承受能力和不同身體狀況老人的需求,并促使機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)專業(yè)化水平和精神慰藉服務(wù)水平的提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the problem of aging has become a social hot spot, but the old people's life should be given adequate care by a single model to solve the pension problem has become more difficult, thus the birth of the pension agency mode. This paper mainly "development" as the theme to pension institutions, pension institutions in Hefei as the research object and from two aspects of the elderly needs of institutions and service supply, analysis of the current research of Hefei city and other parts of the pension agency documents, the problems and reasons to explore the pension institutions of Hefei city in the process of development, and try to give their countermeasures and suggestions, expectations of the pension problems in Hefei city. The research can contribute to ease show that the needs and reasons of elderly pension institutions are in many aspects, and pension institutions to provide services are not the same, the presence of public and private pension institutions The gap. Based in Hefei, to find out the influence of Hefei city development difficulties and reasons, and puts forward the mechanism of old-age socialization is the trend of the development of old-age care institutions, lack of funds is the reality of the plight of pension institutions facing the cultural tradition of "filial piety" is the cultural factors of the aged. In order to promote the development of pension institutions, we should strengthen the government the duties, construction of multi-level old-age service system mechanism, strengthen the social worker's professional occupation and construction, attention to the elderly spiritual support services to meet the needs of the elderly, different economic capacity and different body condition requirements, and promote the professional level of service and spiritual comfort and service level improvement.
