【摘要】：近年來,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作同時(shí)上升成為中美關(guān)系"新常態(tài)",對(duì)這種"競(jìng)合"狀態(tài)進(jìn)行良性塑造是中美構(gòu)建新型大國(guó)關(guān)系面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。作為中國(guó)國(guó)家發(fā)展和外交的主軸之一,"一帶一路"建設(shè)對(duì)中美關(guān)系的影響日趨顯現(xiàn)。美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略界對(duì)"一帶一路"的重視程度不斷提升,其認(rèn)知呈現(xiàn)多元化趨勢(shì),特朗普政府也在調(diào)整應(yīng)對(duì)"一帶一路"的策略。美國(guó)雖然并不位于"一帶一路"沿線地區(qū),卻可對(duì)"一帶一路"建設(shè)發(fā)揮牽制作用。中國(guó)需更有效地處理大國(guó)戰(zhàn)略博弈等挑戰(zhàn),尤其是妥善應(yīng)對(duì)美國(guó)因素的現(xiàn)實(shí)和潛在影響。為管控美國(guó)因素對(duì)"一帶一路"建設(shè)的影響,需深入研究美國(guó)方面對(duì)"一帶一路"的"關(guān)切點(diǎn)"、其可能實(shí)施干擾牽制的"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)",以及有助于中美擴(kuò)大利益交融的"合作點(diǎn)",力爭(zhēng)使"一帶一路"為中美構(gòu)建新型大國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)揮助力作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Competition and cooperation have become the "new normal" of Sino-US relations at the same time. It is the main challenge for China and the United States to build a new type of great power relationship. It is one of the main axes of China's national development and diplomacy. The influence of the construction of "Belt and Road" on Sino-US relations is becoming increasingly apparent. The US strategic circles have been paying more and more attention to "Belt and Road," The Trump administration is also adjusting its strategy to "Belt and Road." although the United States is not located in the area along the "Belt and Road," China needs to deal more effectively with such challenges as the strategic game of great powers, especially in dealing with the realistic and potential impact of the American factor. In order to control the impact of the American factor on the construction of "Belt and Road", China needs to deal more effectively with the challenges posed by the construction of "Belt and Road". It is necessary to study in depth the "concern" of "Belt and Road" from the United States, the "risk point" which may be interfered with, and the "cooperation point" that is conducive to the expansion of the interests of China and the United States, and strive for the construction of "Belt and Road" for China and the United States. The new type of great power relationship plays a supporting role.
