【摘要】："以人民為中心"思想是黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央提出的治國理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的核心價值理念,對指導(dǎo)中國"五位一體"總體布局的建設(shè)與發(fā)展具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。在"以人民為中心"思想的基本向度中,形成了"一個基本立場、兩大基本動力、一個最終結(jié)果"的邏輯體系。以人民地位為中心是基本立場,是以人民利益為中心、以人民作用為中心、以人民滿意為中心的現(xiàn)實起點與邏輯起點;以人民利益為中心與以人民作用為中心是價值動力與歷史動力,猶如車之兩輪,鳥之兩翼,推動著"以人民為中心"思想的實現(xiàn);以人民滿意為中心是最終結(jié)果,是"以人民為中心"思想的目的與歸宿,是檢驗"以人民為中心"思想實現(xiàn)效果的基本尺度。
[Abstract]:The thought of "people as the center" is the core value idea of the new thought and new strategy of governing the country and managing government put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 18 National Congress of the Party. It is of great significance to guide the construction and development of the overall layout of "five in one" in China. In the basic direction of the idea of "people as the center", "one basic stand, two basic motive forces" has been formed. Taking the people's position as the center is the basic position, is the realistic starting point and the logical starting point of taking the people's interests as the center, the people's role as the center, and the people's satisfaction as the center; Focusing on the interests of the people and taking the role of the people as the center is the driving force of value and history, like two wheels of a car and two wings of a bird, which promotes the realization of the idea of "taking the people as the center"; taking the satisfaction of the people as the center is the final result. It is the aim and destination of "people-centered" thought and the basic criterion to test the effect of "people-centered" thought.
