【摘要】：政治軟力量建設是執(zhí)政黨有效提高其執(zhí)政能力的重要手段,而意識形態(tài)因其特有的功能成為政治軟力量建設的重要考量。蘇共在長達74年的執(zhí)政過程中政治軟力量建設之意識形態(tài)發(fā)展方面留下了寶貴經驗和深刻教訓。深刻理解蘇共政治軟力量建設之意識形態(tài)發(fā)展遭遇的困境,能夠更加深刻理解堅持馬克思主義的重要性和西方宣揚"意識形態(tài)終結論"的目的。中國共產黨在推進執(zhí)政黨政治軟力量建設中高度重視社會主義意識形態(tài)建設,始終堅持馬克思主義指導地位和社會主義的正確方向,不斷推進馬克思主義時代化、大眾化,形成了中國特色社會主義理論體系,確立了"四個自信",形成了中國夢,從而確保社會主義意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的生命活力,保障中國特色社會主義建設事業(yè)不斷取得成就。
[Abstract]:The construction of political soft forces is an important means for the ruling party to effectively improve its ruling ability. Ideology, because of its unique function, has become an important consideration in the construction of political soft forces. The Soviet Communist Party has left valuable experience and profound lessons in the ideological development of the construction of political soft forces in the process of 74 years in power. To understand the difficulties encountered in the ideological development of the construction of the political soft forces of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, To be able to better understand the importance of adhering to Marxism and the purpose of the West to preach the "theory of the end of ideology." the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the construction of socialist ideology in promoting the construction of the political soft forces of the ruling party. Always adhering to the guiding position of Marxism and the correct direction of socialism, constantly promoting the epoch and popularization of Marxism, forming a theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, establishing the "four self-confidence", forming Chinese Dream, So as to ensure the vitality of the development of socialist ideology and ensure the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics to achieve continuous success.
