【摘要】：在不同的歷史階段,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)民主的基本內(nèi)涵與實(shí)踐路徑的認(rèn)知是存在差異的,由此形成了不同的民主話語(yǔ)體系。從整體意義上講,迄今為止,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨建構(gòu)了兩種不同的民主話語(yǔ)體系:一是"革命"民主話語(yǔ),從理念一價(jià)值邏輯來(lái)看,它主要著眼于民主與專(zhuān)政的關(guān)系把握民主要義;從實(shí)踐邏輯來(lái)看,它基于"革命一政權(quán)"思維框架來(lái)探索民主的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。二是"建設(shè)"民主話語(yǔ),從理念一價(jià)值邏輯來(lái)看,它主要著眼于公民權(quán)利、個(gè)體自由解放詮釋民主內(nèi)涵;從實(shí)踐邏輯來(lái)看,它基于"發(fā)展一治理"思維框架來(lái)推動(dòng)當(dāng)代中國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民主話語(yǔ)呈現(xiàn)出從"革命"到"建設(shè)"的歷史性變遷。
[Abstract]:At different stages of history, the Chinese Communists' cognition of the basic connotation and practice path of democracy is different, thus forming different democratic discourse systems. In the whole sense, so far, The Communist Party of China has constructed two different democratic discourse systems: one is "revolutionary" democratic discourse, which is mainly focused on the relationship between democracy and dictatorship from the viewpoint of concept and value logic, and from the perspective of practical logic, It explores the realistic path of democracy on the basis of the thinking frame of "Revolution and regime". Second, it "builds" democratic discourse. From the viewpoint of concept and value logic, it mainly focuses on civil rights and individual freedom to interpret the connotation of democracy. From the perspective of practical logic, it promotes the construction of democratic politics in contemporary China on the basis of the frame of thinking of "development-governance". Since the reform and opening up, the democratic discourse of the Communist Party of China has shown a historical change from "revolution" to "construction".
