【摘要】：香港回歸中國(guó)已經(jīng)20年。20年的歷史表明,"一國(guó)兩制"從全新構(gòu)想到創(chuàng)造性實(shí)踐,是當(dāng)代國(guó)家制度的根本性整合與總體性創(chuàng)新;是突破傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代國(guó)家架構(gòu)的國(guó)體創(chuàng)新;是依據(jù)當(dāng)代中國(guó)綜合國(guó)力,著眼新的時(shí)代主題與世界格局,合乎歷史趨勢(shì)的政制創(chuàng)新;是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度總體性創(chuàng)新的獨(dú)特性表征;是當(dāng)代社會(huì)主義政治實(shí)踐的嶄新成果,是對(duì)馬克思主義國(guó)家學(xué)說的創(chuàng)造性發(fā)展。據(jù)此,立足政治哲學(xué)向度,深入研究"一國(guó)兩制"的生成邏輯與創(chuàng)造性特質(zhì),具有多維的理論價(jià)值與深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義。
[Abstract]:The 20 years of Hong Kong's return to China show that "one country, two systems" from a new concept to a creative practice is the fundamental integration and overall innovation of the contemporary state system, and it is a national system innovation that breaks through the traditional and modern national structure. It is based on the comprehensive national strength of contemporary China, focusing on the new theme of the times and the world pattern, in line with the historical trend of constitutional innovation, is the unique characterization of the overall innovation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. It is a new achievement of contemporary socialist political practice and a creative development of Marxist theory of state. Based on the political philosophy, the author deeply studies the generative logic and creative characteristics of "one country, two systems". It has multi-dimensional theoretical value and profound historical significance.
