【摘要】："伊斯蘭國"崛起、伊朗核協(xié)議簽署、土耳其與俄羅斯關(guān)系大起大落等因素相互交織,導(dǎo)致中東因素對(duì)中亞外高加索地區(qū)局勢(shì)和格局的影響陡然走強(qiáng),突出表現(xiàn)在"伊斯蘭國"外溢日益成為中亞外高新的安全威脅、伊朗"重返"引起地區(qū)格局發(fā)生微妙變遷、土耳其對(duì)地區(qū)國家展開新一輪外交攻勢(shì)。中東伊斯蘭勢(shì)力此番加大滲入中亞外高與國際和地區(qū)形勢(shì)衍變密切相關(guān),是地區(qū)內(nèi)外多種因素促動(dòng)的結(jié)果,其中中東發(fā)生劇變、外部勢(shì)力爭奪中亞外高加劇及該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體陷入低迷是重要誘因。中東伊斯蘭勢(shì)力對(duì)未來中亞外高形勢(shì)走向和格局變遷具有不可低估的重要影響,攸關(guān)地區(qū)安全與穩(wěn)定,但其也有自身短板和局限,很難在地區(qū)事務(wù)中發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)性作用。
[Abstract]:The rise of the Islamic State, the signing of the Iranian nuclear agreement, the ups and downs of relations between Turkey and Russia, and other factors intertwined, leading to a sharp increase in the impact of Middle East factors on the situation and pattern in the Transcaucasian region of Central Asia. This is highlighted by the fact that the "Islamic State" spillover is increasingly becoming a high and new security threat outside Central Asia, and that the "return" of Iran has caused subtle changes in the regional pattern. Turkey has launched a new round of diplomatic offensives against regional countries. The increased infiltration of the Islamic forces in the Middle East outside Central Asia is closely related to the evolution of the international and regional situation and is the result of various factors inside and outside the region, among which the Middle East has undergone dramatic changes. The scramble of external forces for the foreign high in Central Asia and the economic downturn in the region as a whole are important inducements. The Islamic forces in the Middle East have an important influence on the trend of the high situation and the change of the pattern outside Central Asia in the future, which is of vital importance to regional security and stability. But it also has its own shortcomings and limitations, it is difficult to play a leading role in regional affairs.
