【摘要】："科學(xué)發(fā)展"與"全面建成小康社會(huì)"之間具有內(nèi)在的必然聯(lián)系。科學(xué)發(fā)展是新時(shí)期以來我們黨為實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展而提出的發(fā)展理念,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展的科學(xué)發(fā)展模式。全面建成小康社會(huì)是黨的十八大提出的發(fā)展目標(biāo),黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)再次強(qiáng)調(diào)在十三五期間實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)。準(zhǔn)確理解與把握"科學(xué)發(fā)展"與"全面建成小康社會(huì)"之間內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系,在科學(xué)發(fā)展指導(dǎo)下實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì),在全面建成小康社會(huì)過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展,是時(shí)代賦予我們的重要使命。我們需要在把握科學(xué)發(fā)展本質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,理解全面建成小康社會(huì)的要求,從而以科學(xué)發(fā)展為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),推動(dòng)全面建成小康社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:There is an inherent connection between "scientific development" and "building a well-off society in an all-round way." Scientific development is a development concept put forward by our Party in order to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of our country's economy and society since the new period. It is a scientific development model to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the development goal put forward by the 18 National Congress of the CPC. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee once again emphasized the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and accurately understood and grasped the inherent links between "scientific development" and "building a well-off society in an all-round way." Under the guidance of scientific development, it is an important mission given by the times to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to achieve scientific development in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To understand the requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way, so as to promote the building of a well-off society in an all-round way, under the guidance of scientific development.
