【摘要】:養(yǎng)老需求日益嚴(yán)峻的人口老齡化趨勢對養(yǎng)老保障制度提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時,老齡化趨勢推動養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,催生養(yǎng)老金融的新需求。發(fā)展養(yǎng)老金融業(yè)務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行適應(yīng)市場需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要手段。養(yǎng)老金融具有規(guī)模發(fā)展快速,客戶和資金穩(wěn)定性高的特點(diǎn),商業(yè)銀行可以利用其信譽(yù)度高、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)廣泛等特點(diǎn),提前布局養(yǎng)老金融,抓住市場先機(jī)。為了探索我國商業(yè)銀行養(yǎng)老金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展規(guī)律,設(shè)計適合我國老年人的養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品,在研究過程中,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,搜集查閱和分析我國商業(yè)銀行養(yǎng)老金融問題涉及的內(nèi)容和理論,對目前學(xué)術(shù)界的重要觀點(diǎn)和前言問題形成全面、基本的認(rèn)識;運(yùn)用調(diào)查分析法,通過調(diào)查我國老年人對養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品的需求特點(diǎn),分析我國金融行業(yè)的養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品存在的問題,為設(shè)計適合我國的養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品策略奠定基礎(chǔ);運(yùn)用歸納總結(jié)法。選取在養(yǎng)老金融服務(wù)行業(yè)時間比較久,經(jīng)驗(yàn)比較豐富的典型國家,如美英日這些發(fā)達(dá)國家,分析其商業(yè)銀行的養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品,尋找改革成功的共同之處和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過分析研究,把我國商業(yè)銀行養(yǎng)老金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展劃分為三個階段:參與養(yǎng)老金融服務(wù)階段、獲取養(yǎng)老金融業(yè)務(wù)資格階段、創(chuàng)新養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品階段。其特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)為個人客戶主要養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)類型較多,客戶數(shù)量多、形成廣泛的渠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)和初步建立了養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品組合等。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國商業(yè)銀行養(yǎng)老金融業(yè)務(wù)存在著產(chǎn)品難以滿足養(yǎng)老需求、企業(yè)年金覆蓋率不高、商業(yè)價值沒有充分挖掘、業(yè)務(wù)資質(zhì)獲取困難等問題。要解決上述問題,在借鑒國外商業(yè)銀行養(yǎng)老金融產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,商業(yè)銀行要加大養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新力度,增加企業(yè)年金覆蓋率,充分挖掘客戶需求,完善養(yǎng)老金融業(yè)務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:The aging trend of the aging population, which is increasingly demanding for the aged, poses a severe challenge to the old-age security system. At the same time, the aging trend promotes the development of the old-age service industry. The development of endowment finance is an important means for commercial banks to adapt to market demand and realize business transformation. Pension finance is characterized by rapid development of scale, high stability of customers and funds. Commercial banks can make use of their characteristics of high reputation and wide network to lay out pension finance ahead of schedule and seize the market opportunity. In order to explore the law of the development of the old-age financial business of commercial banks in China, we can design the old-age financial products suitable for the elderly in our country. In the course of the research, we use the method of literature research to collect and analyze the contents and theories involved in the old-age financial problems of commercial banks in our country, and form a comprehensive and basic understanding of the important viewpoints and foreword problems in the academic circles at present. By means of investigation and analysis, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the old-age financial products of our country by investigating the demand characteristics of the old-age financial products for the elderly in our country, and lays a foundation for designing the strategies of the old-age financial products suitable for our country. Using the inductive summary method, select the typical countries, such as the United States, Britain and Japan, which have been in the old-age financial service industry for a long time, and analyze the pension financial products of their commercial banks, such as the United States, Britain and Japan. Through the analysis and research, we divide the development of Chinese commercial banks' endowment finance business into three stages: participating in the old-age financial service stage, obtaining the qualification stage of the old-age finance business, and finding out the common points and the successful experiences of the reform. The stage of innovative old-age financial products is characterized by a large number of main types of services for the aged, a large number of customers, a wide network of channels and a preliminary establishment of a portfolio of pension products. There are some problems in the old-age financial business of our country's commercial banks, such as the products are difficult to meet the demand for the aged, the coverage rate of enterprise annuity is not high, the commercial value is not fully excavated, the business qualification is difficult to obtain and so on. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of foreign commercial banks' pension financial products, commercial banks should increase the innovation of pension products, increase the coverage rate of enterprise annuity, fully tap the needs of customers, and perfect the pension financial business system.
