【摘要】：20世紀(jì)20年代,英國(guó)政府在處理英日關(guān)系時(shí)不斷運(yùn)用均勢(shì)政策。在華盛頓會(huì)議和關(guān)稅談判中,英國(guó)為了恢復(fù)各國(guó)在華的均衡態(tài)勢(shì),采取了抑制日本的政策,并取得了一定的成效。在北伐戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)期間,英國(guó)的在華利益受到了沖擊,英國(guó)政府出于抑制蘇聯(lián)、打壓國(guó)民政府的考慮,希望聯(lián)合日本干涉革命,但隨著中國(guó)局勢(shì)的變化,英國(guó)又調(diào)整了政策,拒絕在濟(jì)南慘案中支持日本。在推行均勢(shì)政策的過程中,英國(guó)所采取的措施與日本的外交政策在很多方面發(fā)生了激烈的沖突,由此造成兩國(guó)關(guān)系漸趨冷淡。
[Abstract]:In 1920s, the British government used a policy of balance of power in dealing with the relationship between Britain and Japan. In the Washington meeting and the tariff negotiations, Britain adopted a policy of restraining Japan in order to restore the balance of all countries in China. During the Northern Expedition War, British interests in China were impacted. The British government wanted to unite with Japan to intervene in the revolution in order to suppress the Soviet Union and suppress the national government, but as the situation in China changed, Britain also adjusted its policy and refused to support Japan in the Jinan tragedy. In the course of carrying out the balance of power policy, there was a fierce conflict between Britain's measures and Japan's foreign policy, which caused the relations between the two countries to become colder.
