【摘要】：社區(qū)是居民的,這意味著要充分彰顯社區(qū)居民的主體性。本文從社區(qū)居民主體性視角考察新中國成立以來社區(qū)建設(shè)的歷程,將我國的社區(qū)建設(shè)歷程劃分為政府包辦型服務(wù)、給予型服務(wù)和增能型服務(wù)三個階段,并從這三個階段的表現(xiàn)和特點中進(jìn)行居民主體性分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)建設(shè)歷程、社區(qū)居民主體性與我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會體制改革是密切相關(guān)的。具體而言,以經(jīng)濟(jì)體制為主的改革將社區(qū)建設(shè)歷程從政府包辦型服務(wù)階段引向給予型服務(wù)階段,政府不再包辦一切,社區(qū)組織主體性逐漸生成,社區(qū)居民的主體性開始萌芽;社會體制的改革將社區(qū)建設(shè)歷程從給予型服務(wù)階段引向增能型服務(wù)階段,社區(qū)居民的主體性得到重視并不斷增強(qiáng),這時社區(qū)建設(shè)的主體性已經(jīng)變?yōu)橐猿浞职l(fā)揮社區(qū)居民主體性為基礎(chǔ)的多元復(fù)合主體性。
[Abstract]:The community is resident, which means that the subjectivity of community residents should be fully demonstrated. This paper examines the course of community construction since the founding of New China from the perspective of community residents' subjectivity, and divides the course of community construction into government-arranged services. This paper analyzes the residents' subjectivity in the three stages of giving service and empowering service, and finds out the course of community construction. The subjectivity of community residents is closely related to the reform of our country's economic and social system. Specifically, the economic system-oriented reform leads the course of community construction from the stage of government-arranged service to the stage of give-type service, and the government no longer arranges everything. The subjectivity of community organizations is gradually formed, and the subjectivity of community residents begins to sprout. The reform of social system leads the course of community construction from the stage of giving service to the stage of enabling service, and the subjectivity of community residents is attached importance to and continuously strengthened. At this time, the subjectivity of community construction has become multi-complex subjectivity based on giving full play to the subjectivity of community residents.
