【摘要】：新的社會階層是隨著改革開放產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的新生力量,是社會主義事業(yè)的重要建設(shè)者。十八大以來,黨中央時刻關(guān)注新的社會階層的新變化、新特點,并根據(jù)時代發(fā)展的需要成立了新的社會階層人士工作局,專門研究新的社會階層在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)中面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn),以便及時開展有針對性的統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作,切實提高新的社會階層統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的實效性。并且,根據(jù)新的社會階層發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,把新媒體從業(yè)人員納入到新的社會階層范圍內(nèi),重新科學(xué)界定新的社會階層包含對象,以更好地服務(wù)這個特殊的社會群體。這充分表明黨中央對新的社會階層及其統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的高度重視,以及服務(wù)好新的社會階層的堅強決心。通過對階級、階層概念的闡述,科學(xué)認(rèn)識社會階層理論和新的社會階層。并且,從馬克思主義社會階級階層理論和中國化馬克思主義階級階層理論出發(fā),尋求開展新的社會階層統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的理論依據(jù)。在學(xué)術(shù)界對改革開放以來新的社會階層研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,重新審視十八大以來新的社會階層的變化發(fā)展,以及他們在社會主義建設(shè)中的獨特優(yōu)勢作用,領(lǐng)會做好新的社會階層統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的時代內(nèi)涵。十八大以來,我國國內(nèi)外環(huán)境發(fā)生了深刻變化,對新的社會階層產(chǎn)生巨大影響。根據(jù)新的社會階層來源廣數(shù)量多、流動性自主性強、內(nèi)部構(gòu)成差異大等特點,提出對新的社會階層開展統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的新要求。同時,新的社會階層的思想和行為,以及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,也給當(dāng)今社會的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作提出巨大挑戰(zhàn)。根據(jù)十八大以來新的社會階層在社會發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢和我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn),尋找開展新的社會階層統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作新的著力點。并且,根據(jù)黨中央統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線方針政策的新變化,尋找服務(wù)新的社會階層的具體實踐路徑。
[Abstract]:The new social stratum is a new force born and developed with the reform and opening up, and an important constructor of the socialist cause.
