【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟得到了快速發(fā)展,發(fā)展問題成為時代核心主題,在取得了輝煌成績的同時,發(fā)展中所遇到的種種問題也開始呈現(xiàn)并日益突出。在我國社會發(fā)展所遇到的問題基本上都涉及到社會發(fā)展代價的問題。要正確的解決這些問題,必須在正確的代價觀和方法論的指導(dǎo)下認真探索社會發(fā)展遇到的代價問題。從哲學的角度,辯證的看待社會發(fā)展及其發(fā)展代價的關(guān)系具有重要的意義。本文通過對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于代價思想的總結(jié),在概括、借鑒前人的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當前我國發(fā)展的實際情況,對社會發(fā)展所遇到的代價問題進行系統(tǒng)梳理,揭示了社會發(fā)展代價問題產(chǎn)生的原因,辯證的看待社會發(fā)展與其產(chǎn)生的代價,闡釋了社會發(fā)展代價在社會發(fā)展進程中的重要作用,論述了樹立科學的發(fā)展代價意識的重要性以及低代價發(fā)展的重要意義和實現(xiàn)路徑。只有堅持科學發(fā)展觀,實現(xiàn)低代價發(fā)展,才能在真正意義上實現(xiàn)中國當代社會的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has developed rapidly, the development problem has become the core theme of the times, and it has made brilliant achievements at the same time. The problems encountered in the course of development have also begun to emerge and become increasingly prominent. In our country, the problems encountered in social development are basically related to the cost of social development. Under the guidance of the correct cost view and methodology, we must seriously explore the problem of the cost encountered in the development of society. It is of great significance to treat the relationship between social development and its development cost dialectically. This paper summarizes the thought of cost at home and abroad, on the basis of summing up and drawing lessons from the previous research results, combines the actual situation of development of our country at present. The paper systematically combs the cost problems encountered by the social development, reveals the causes of the social development cost problems, looks at the social development and its cost dialectically, and explains the important role of the social development cost in the social development process. This paper discusses the importance of setting up the consciousness of scientific development cost and the significance and realization path of low cost development. Only by adhering to the scientific concept of development and realizing the development at low cost can we realize the benign development of Chinese contemporary society in real sense.
