【摘要】：正新世界主義是指國家主席習近平及其領(lǐng)導集體對世界和人類文明現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展趨勢所持有的創(chuàng)新性的系統(tǒng)性認識、論述、主張及其行動方案。它淵源于習近平治國理政的偉大實踐和政治智慧。它不是以民族主義、本土主義或孤立主義、利己主義為戰(zhàn)略考量,而是以構(gòu)建人類命運共同體為核心出發(fā)點,順應人民呼聲,接過歷史接力棒,繼續(xù)在和平與發(fā)展的道路上奮勇向前。新世界主義理論體系可以概括為"一個核心",即:共同構(gòu)建人類命運共同體;"五個堅持",即:堅持對話協(xié)商,
