【摘要】：人類為了滿足自己的物質(zhì)欲望,對自然環(huán)境造成了空前破壞,生態(tài)環(huán)境的逐漸惡化,使人類面臨著巨大的生存考驗。人類需要擺脫生態(tài)危機,建立一種經(jīng)濟有序發(fā)展,人與自然、人與人、人與社會之間相互和諧,良性循環(huán),全面發(fā)展,持續(xù)繁榮的文明——生態(tài)文明新形態(tài)。在本文中,通過對資本主義制度生態(tài)性與社會主義制度生態(tài)性進行對比,揭露出生態(tài)危機的根源是資本主義,結(jié)合如今不同制度下建設(shè)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的實際,總結(jié)了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的社會主義制度優(yōu)越性。文章分四部分:緒論:介紹本文選題的背景依據(jù)和選題意義、對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的生態(tài)文明理論建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,對“生態(tài)文明概念及其特征”、“中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的歷史發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”等概念進行界定,列舉了課題所用研究思路及研究方法。第一章:生態(tài)危機及生態(tài)文明的社會制度因緣。資本主義反生態(tài)的資本邏輯,無止境的追求利潤是生態(tài)危機產(chǎn)生的根本原因,資本主義全球化又使生態(tài)危機進一步嚴重。綠色資本主義力尋解決生態(tài)危機的方案,但最終仍不能完全解決生態(tài)危機�？傊�,生態(tài)危機根源是資本主義制度,解決其出路的方法只有在于厘革資本主義制度,利用社會主義制度優(yōu)越性建設(shè)成生態(tài)文明社會。第二章:建設(shè)生態(tài)文明是社會主義題中應(yīng)有之義。人與自然的辯證關(guān)系、對資本主義制度的批判、“物質(zhì)交換”和可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想等體現(xiàn)出馬克思恩格斯的生態(tài)文明思想,論證了資本主義與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)不相融,只有共產(chǎn)主義才能實現(xiàn)自然主義與人道主義。馬克思及恩格斯的相關(guān)生態(tài)思想是當(dāng)代生態(tài)學(xué)馬克思主義的理論基礎(chǔ),探討生態(tài)文明的社會主義,對資本主義進一步地批判,并且生產(chǎn)方式非暴力性只有社會主義才能體現(xiàn),論證了只有社會主義才能實現(xiàn)生態(tài)的公平正義。第三章:發(fā)揮社會主義制度優(yōu)勢,建設(shè)生態(tài)文明。對于我國而言,生態(tài)問題不是新興詞語,計劃生育基本國策、環(huán)境保護基本國策、“兩型社會”、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、社會主義的和諧社會、“中國夢”等是我國蘊含生態(tài)文明建設(shè)所提出的戰(zhàn)略思想。我國具備富有特色的社會主義的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會制度,這四個制度都具有生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢。當(dāng)前要充分發(fā)揮社會主義制度優(yōu)勢,大力推進中國特色社會主義的生態(tài)文明經(jīng)濟政治建設(shè),培育公民生態(tài)文明意識,增強國際間的交流與合作。
[Abstract]:In order to satisfy their own material desire, human beings have caused unprecedented damage to the natural environment and the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment, which makes the human beings face a huge survival test. Human beings need to get rid of the ecological crisis and establish an orderly economic development. Man and nature, man and man, man and society are harmonious, virtuous circle, all-round development, sustainable prosperity of the new form of civilization-ecological civilization. By comparing the ecological nature of capitalist system with that of socialist system, it is revealed that the root of ecological crisis is capitalism, and combining with the reality of constructing ecological civilization under different systems today, This paper summarizes the superiority of socialist system of ecological civilization construction. The article is divided into four parts: introduction: introducing the background and significance of this topic, analyzing the present situation of the theoretical construction of ecological civilization of scholars at home and abroad. The concepts of "the concept and characteristics of ecological civilization" and "the historical development strategy of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics" are defined. Chapter 1: ecological crisis and social system cause of ecological civilization. Capitalist anti-ecological capital logic, endless pursuit of profit is the fundamental cause of ecological crisis. The ecological crisis is further aggravated by the globalization of capitalism. Green capitalism tries to find a solution to the ecological crisis, but in the end it still cannot completely solve the ecological crisis. In short, the root of the ecological crisis is the capitalist system. The only way to solve this problem is to clarify the capitalist system and to build an ecological civilized society by using the superiority of the socialist system. Chapter two: the construction of ecological civilization is the proper meaning of the socialist problem, and the dialectical relationship between man and nature. The criticism of capitalist system, "material exchange" and the thought of sustainable development embody Marx and Engels' thought of ecological civilization, and prove that capitalism and ecological civilization construction are not in harmony. Only communism can realize naturalism and humanitarianism. Marx and Engels' related ecological thoughts are the theoretical basis of contemporary ecological Marxism, exploring the socialism of ecological civilization and further criticizing capitalism. And the non-violent nature of the mode of production can only be reflected by socialism, which demonstrates that only socialism can realize ecological fairness and justice. Chapter three: give play to the advantages of socialist system and build ecological civilization. For our country, Ecological problem is not a new word, basic national policy of family planning, basic national policy of environmental protection, "two-type society", scientific development view, In a harmonious socialist society, "Chinese Dream" is a strategic idea put forward by the construction of ecological civilization in our country. China has a characteristic socialist political, economic, cultural and social system. These four systems all have the advantages of ecological civilization construction. At present, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of the socialist system, vigorously promote the ecological civilization, economic and political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and cultivate citizens' awareness of ecological civilization. Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation.
