【摘要】：隨著我國老齡化社會(huì)進(jìn)程的速度加快,積極發(fā)展老齡服務(wù)事業(yè),完善社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系已經(jīng)成為我國促進(jìn)老年服務(wù)事業(yè)發(fā)展的重中之重。目前,我國為老服務(wù)的突出問題是人口老齡化以及隨之而來的人口高齡化,這兩種現(xiàn)象的加劇發(fā)展使得養(yǎng)老服務(wù)內(nèi)容也面臨了諸多的挑戰(zhàn)和問題。例如:服務(wù)內(nèi)容單一、專業(yè)服務(wù)人員缺乏、服務(wù)體制不健全等一系列問題都在影響著老年服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提升。如何能提供更符合老年人的養(yǎng)老需求的服務(wù)則成為解決老年問題的核心所在。本文主要圍繞沈陽市服務(wù)型老年社區(qū)的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行的調(diào)查分析,筆者把老年服務(wù)的類型按其居住的性質(zhì)、服務(wù)的形式、機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)的內(nèi)容以及社區(qū)服務(wù)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了劃分。結(jié)合了沈陽市的地域特點(diǎn)和具體案例來對(duì)沈陽市服務(wù)型老年社區(qū)的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,其中對(duì)于居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)服務(wù)的養(yǎng)老模式的服務(wù)內(nèi)容分門別類做了歸納分析,旨在總結(jié)沈陽市現(xiàn)有的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的形式、內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn),目的在于讓老年人能夠更好的選擇適合自己生活的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方式。論文還將結(jié)合沈陽市服務(wù)型老年社區(qū)運(yùn)行中的問題及其完善措施提出了政策性建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of aging society in our country, it has become the top priority of our country to promote the development of the aged service cause, to actively develop the aged service cause and to perfect the community home pension service system. The outstanding problem of serving for the old in our country is the aging population and the aging of the population, which make the content of the old-age service face a lot of challenges and problems, for example, the service content is single. Lack of professional service staff, A series of problems, such as imperfect service system, are affecting the improvement of the quality of service for the elderly. How to provide services that meet the needs of the aged becomes the core of solving the problem of the elderly. This paper mainly focuses on Shenyang. The investigation and analysis of the current situation of the operation of the service-oriented elderly community in the city, The type of service for the elderly is based on the nature of the residence, the form of the service, The content of institutional service and the content of community service are divided. Combined with the regional characteristics and specific cases of Shenyang, the paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the operation of the service-oriented elderly community in Shenyang, including the service for the aged at home. The service contents of community pension service, institutional pension service and pension real estate service are classified and analyzed in order to sum up the forms, contents and characteristics of the existing pension service in Shenyang. The purpose of this paper is to enable the elderly to better choose the old-age service which is suitable for their own life. The paper also puts forward some policy suggestions based on the problems in the operation of the service-oriented elderly community in Shenyang and the measures to be taken to improve them.
