【摘要】："國民幸�？傊�"(Gross National Happiness,GNH)是近10多年出現(xiàn)在國際傳媒,還未被公眾充分熟悉的一個(gè)社會(huì)發(fā)展模式概念。這是一個(gè)關(guān)注國民整體幸福感,注重物質(zhì)和精神平衡發(fā)展的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理念,它由不丹第四世國王久美僧格旺秀(’jigs med senge dbang phyug)在1972年首先提出,并在他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的國家進(jìn)行實(shí)踐。不丹還創(chuàng)造性地提出以社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)公平發(fā)展(Sustainable and Equitable Socio-economic Development)、環(huán)境的保護(hù)(Conservation of Environment)、文化的維護(hù)和提升(Preservation and Promotion of Culture)和政府的善治(Good Governance)四大支柱作為實(shí)現(xiàn)GNH目標(biāo)的具體途徑。這對(duì)藏區(qū)這樣的與不丹有相似文化背景的特殊民族地區(qū)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:"Gross national happiness" (Gross National, Happiness, GNH) is nearly 10 years in the international media, the public has not yet been fully familiar with the concept of a model of social development. It is a national overall well-being, pay attention to physical and mental balance development of the concept of social and economic development, which is composed of the king Jumini G Wan Xiu IV of Bhutan ("jigs Med Senge dbang phyug) first proposed in 1972, and in practice he led the country. Bhutan also creatively proposed to continue fair economic and social development (Sustainable and Equitable Socio-economic Development), environmental protection (Conservation of Environment), the maintenance and promotion of culture (Preservation and Promotion of and Culture) the government's good governance (Good Governance) as the four pillars of the specific way to achieve the objectives of the GNH. This kind of the Tibetan and Bhutan have similar cultural background It has important reference value for special ethnic areas in social and economic development.
