【摘要】：中國(guó)對(duì)于"世界"的看法和論述,不僅體現(xiàn)了一種世界主義的視野,而且也會(huì)觸動(dòng)和感動(dòng)世界,進(jìn)而會(huì)推動(dòng)世界發(fā)展。特別是隨著美國(guó)新總統(tǒng)特朗普上臺(tái),其驚世駭俗的言行,已讓整個(gè)世界惶恐不安。中國(guó)挺身而出,適時(shí)提出構(gòu)建和打造"人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體"的新世界主義觀念,體現(xiàn)了大國(guó)的擔(dān)當(dāng)與責(zé)任,也讓世界刮目相看。中國(guó)是由內(nèi)到外、由近及遠(yuǎn)看待和論述世界的。本文統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了2012—2016年國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)場(chǎng)合關(guān)于"命運(yùn)共同體"的發(fā)言,結(jié)合中國(guó)文化內(nèi)核與倫理價(jià)值、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人傳播風(fēng)格、國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展格局以及地緣政治狀況,考察人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體的觀念演進(jìn)及其"一體同心多元"尺度結(jié)構(gòu)空間的影響,厘清當(dāng)前國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)決策基于民族主義的理解錯(cuò)置,以新世界主義的視角驗(yàn)證國(guó)際傳播過(guò)程中中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)的內(nèi)在一致性,從而為構(gòu)建國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的國(guó)際傳播體系和話語(yǔ)權(quán)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China's views and exposition on the "world" not only embody a cosmopolitan vision, but also touch and move the world, thus promoting the development of the world. In particular, with the new US President Trump taking office, his shocking words and deeds, China has raised the new cosmopolitan concept of building and building a "community of human destinies" at the right time, which embodies the responsibility and responsibility of the great powers and also makes the world look at it with a new look. China is from the inside to the outside. From the near and far view and discussion of the world, this paper statistically analyzes the national leaders' speeches on the "Community of Destiny" in international and domestic situations from 2012 to 2016, combining with the core of Chinese culture and ethical values, the communication style of leaders. The pattern of national economic development and the geopolitical situation, examining the evolution of the concept of human destiny community and the influence of the "one concentric pluralistic" scale structure space, and clarifying the misconceptions of the current international community on the basis of nationalism in China's decision-making. From the perspective of new cosmopolitanism, this paper verifies the inherent consistency between Chinese strategic theory and reality in the process of international communication, thus providing a theoretical basis for the construction of the international communication system of national strategy and the right of discourse.
