【摘要】：本文基于雙清論壇"數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)資源組織與管理機(jī)制創(chuàng)新"的討論內(nèi)容,從養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵與社會(huì)需求、我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)(包括養(yǎng)老生活服務(wù)與健康服務(wù))社會(huì)化發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的智慧養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展與國家戰(zhàn)略等方面總結(jié)了我國智慧養(yǎng)老服務(wù)及其資源組織的背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;并從服務(wù)模式與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)參與者行為與選擇、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的質(zhì)量管理、智慧養(yǎng)老服務(wù)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營管理和養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集處理與應(yīng)用方法等方面回顧了智慧養(yǎng)老服務(wù)資源組織與管理機(jī)制等國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展;進(jìn)而提出了促進(jìn)以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的智慧健康養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)與事業(yè)發(fā)展的主要研究方向和關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題,包括智慧養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式與服務(wù)資源組織、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)運(yùn)營管理和健康養(yǎng)老大數(shù)據(jù)共享融合機(jī)制等。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion of "Innovation of organization and management mechanism of data-driven old-age service resources", this paper discusses the connotation and social demand of old-age service. The challenges faced by the socialized development of old-age services (including old-age services and health services) in China, This paper summarizes the background and development status of intelligent old-age service and its resource organization in China from the aspects of data-driven intelligent pension service development and national strategy, and summarizes the service model and service innovation design, service participant behavior and choice, etc. In this paper, the quality management of endowment service, the operation management of intelligent old-age service enterprises and the data collection, processing and application methods of old-age service are reviewed, and the research progress in the field of resource organization and management of intelligent old-age service is reviewed at home and abroad. Furthermore, it puts forward the main research directions and key scientific issues to promote the development of intelligent and healthy pension industry and career based on the Internet of things, cloud computing and big data, including the mode of intelligent old-age service and the organization of service resources. Data-driven pension service quality management, data-driven pension service management and health pension big data sharing fusion mechanism.
