【摘要】："整合照護(hù)"是目前國際社會的共識,它是一種對老年照護(hù)服務(wù)供給的各個(gè)層面進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)與合作的理念。依據(jù)整合的程度,文章對老年照護(hù)服務(wù)供給的整合進(jìn)行了模式劃分,并分析了英國、美國和丹麥的模式,以及這些典型國家在老年照護(hù)服務(wù)組織和提供上整合的多樣性。就中國而言,老年照護(hù)在服務(wù)組織和服務(wù)提供上存在較為嚴(yán)重的分離問題,因此,未來中國老年照護(hù)服務(wù)供給應(yīng)在服務(wù)組織上形成"組織—合作"整合模式,并在服務(wù)提供上形成多樣化的整合模式。
[Abstract]:"Integrated care" is the consensus of the international community at present, it is a kind of concept of coordination and cooperation on various levels of the provision of care services for the elderly, according to the degree of integration. This paper divides the integration of the elderly care service supply and analyzes the models of the United Kingdom, the United States and Denmark. And these typical countries in the elderly care service organization and delivery of the integration of diversity. As for China, the elderly care in the service organization and service delivery in a more serious separation, so. In the future, the elderly care service supply in China should form a "organization-cooperation" integration model in service organization, and a diversified integration model in service provision.
