【摘要】：在1956—1957年我國(guó)對(duì)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)道路的探索過程中,中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層和社會(huì)精英階層在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)目標(biāo)、執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)、學(xué)習(xí)蘇聯(lián)及加強(qiáng)民主法制建設(shè)等方面均有共識(shí),但由于各自的社會(huì)位置不同而各有側(cè)重。中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的探索富于理論性和系統(tǒng)性,是一種自覺的理論活動(dòng)。而社會(huì)精英層則是在貫徹"雙百方針"、幫助中共整風(fēng)的"感召"下提出的"批評(píng)和建議",在"鳴放"和"反右"運(yùn)動(dòng)初期曾得到中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的肯定。兩個(gè)層面的理論探索給中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)留下了深刻的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the course of exploring the road of socialist construction in China from 1956 to 1957, the central leadership and the social elite have reached a consensus on the objectives of socialist construction, the building of governing capacity, the study of the Soviet Union and the strengthening of the democratic and legal system. However, due to their different social positions, they have different emphases. The exploration by the central leadership is theoretical and systematic. It is a kind of conscious theoretical activity. The elite of society is carrying out the "double hundred policy" and making "criticism and suggestions" under the "call" to help the rectification movement of the Communist Party of China. In the early stage of the "song, release" and "anti-right" movement, it was led by the central government. The affirmation of the guide layer and the theoretical exploration of the two levels have left profound enlightenment to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
