【摘要】：作為當(dāng)今世界面臨的一個重大問題,人口老齡化有愈演愈烈之勢。中國既是世界上老年人口最多的國家,也是人口老齡化發(fā)展速度最快的國家之一。隨著人口老齡化的加劇,一方面,我國對養(yǎng)老保障和養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求將急劇增加；另一方面,我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的供給嚴(yán)重不足。而科學(xué)技術(shù),既可以提高老齡事業(yè)的管理效率,又可以減輕養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的強(qiáng)度和成本,提高老齡人群的生活質(zhì)量和尊嚴(yán),是化解我國當(dāng)前老齡事業(yè)嚴(yán)重的供需矛盾、破解我國日趨嚴(yán)重的養(yǎng)老管理和服務(wù)難題的必然選擇。論文在介紹了科技養(yǎng)老支撐技術(shù)和我國科技養(yǎng)老的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了我國科技養(yǎng)老存在的主要問題：重視不夠、資金短缺、管理效率低下、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)不健全、老年人的科技素養(yǎng)不高等,提出針對性的解決措施：提高社會對科技養(yǎng)老的重視度、增加政府財政投入、提高管理效率、完善科技養(yǎng)老相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、提高公民的科技素養(yǎng)等,以積極應(yīng)對我國人口老齡化挑戰(zhàn),促進(jìn)我國養(yǎng)老事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a major problem facing the world today, the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious. China is the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world. Along with the aggravation of population, on the one hand, the demand for old-age security and old-age service will increase sharply in our country; On the other hand, the supply of old-age services in China is seriously inadequate, and science and technology can not only improve the management efficiency of the cause of aging, but also reduce the intensity and cost of old-age services. To improve the quality of life and dignity of the elderly is to resolve the serious contradiction between supply and demand of the cause of aging in China. In order to solve the increasingly serious problems of pension management and service, the paper introduces the supporting technology of science and technology and the application of science and technology. Summarized the main problems of science and technology pension in China: insufficient attention, shortage of funds, low efficiency of management, imperfect laws and regulations, low scientific and technological literacy of the elderly and so on. Put forward targeted measures: to improve the social attention to science and technology pension, increase government financial input, improve the efficiency of management, improve the laws and regulations related to science and technology pension, improve the scientific and technological literacy of citizens, and so on. In order to actively meet the challenge of aging population in China, promote the sustainable development of pension services in China.
