【摘要】：階級(jí)是影響國(guó)家治理的重要社會(huì)性與政治性要素。階級(jí)在當(dāng)下中國(guó)的城市化進(jìn)程中嶄露頭角,階級(jí)地域化成為與城市規(guī)劃緊密關(guān)聯(lián)的政治與社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。階級(jí)地域化區(qū)別于職業(yè)分層的社會(huì)性、社會(huì)空間的形態(tài)性,而呈現(xiàn)出鮮明地將階級(jí)與地域連接起來(lái)的行動(dòng)性。規(guī)劃的高層次性、住房?jī)r(jià)位的高攀升性、入住財(cái)產(chǎn)的高門(mén)檻性、知識(shí)水平的高學(xué)歷性,使居住在毗鄰社區(qū)的同質(zhì)化階級(jí),能夠利用跨社區(qū)公共議題微信群,組建跨社區(qū)聯(lián)盟,實(shí)施跨社區(qū)的"過(guò)度維權(quán)"式集體行動(dòng)。這對(duì)基層社會(huì)與國(guó)家治理產(chǎn)生巨大挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Class is an important social and political factor that affects the governance of the country. Class is emerging in the process of urbanization in China. Class regionalization is a political and social phenomenon closely related to urban planning. Class regionalization is different from the social stratification of occupation and the form of social space. It shows the action of linking class and region clearly, the high level of planning, the high price of housing, the high threshold of moving into property, the high degree of knowledge. So that the homogenized class living in adjacent communities, can use cross-community public issues WeChat group, the formation of cross-community alliances. Implement cross-community collective action of "excessive activism". This poses a great challenge to grass-roots society and national governance.
