【摘要】：作為全球交往秩序的中國想象和中國方案,"人類命運共同體"理念根植于中國特殊地理區(qū)位和中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化之中,并在全球化與地方性制度變遷的互動中逐步形成。在"人類命運共同體"視域下,全球化使世界各國的經(jīng)濟、政治、文化呈現(xiàn)出彼此交融、和合共存的多種樣態(tài):一方面,全球化對地方性制度變遷具有規(guī)制作用;另一方面,地方性制度變遷又對全球化形成倒逼機制。由此,全球化引導(dǎo)制度變遷,制度變遷展現(xiàn)全球化成果,兩者共同作用于中國特色社會主義的偉大實踐。
[Abstract]:As the Chinese imagination and plan of global communication order, the concept of "human destiny community" is rooted in China's special geographical location and Chinese excellent traditional culture. And gradually formed in the interaction between globalization and local institutional changes. Under the vision of "the Community of Human fate", globalization makes the economy, politics and culture of all countries blend with each other. On the one hand, globalization plays a regulatory role in the changes of local institutions; On the other hand, the local institutional change forms the reverse mechanism to the globalization. Thus, the globalization guides the institutional change, and the institutional change shows the fruits of globalization, both of which act together on the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
