【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平圍繞社會(huì)主義協(xié)商民主建設(shè)發(fā)表了一系列重要講話,對(duì)協(xié)商民主的基本原則、主要目標(biāo)、性質(zhì)和地位以及主要途徑等方面進(jìn)行了全面又系統(tǒng)地論述,從而構(gòu)成了習(xí)近平協(xié)商民主思想的主要內(nèi)容。習(xí)近平協(xié)商民主思想接受了馬克思主義民主政治理論精髓,根植于中華民族優(yōu)秀政治文化的沃土,繼承并發(fā)展了幾代中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的協(xié)商民主思想。習(xí)近平協(xié)商民主思想豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義協(xié)商民主思想,是習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想的重要組成部分,有利于促進(jìn)黨和政府科學(xué)決策、民主決策和依法決策,有利于集思廣益、尋求最大公約數(shù),有利于"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略部署順利實(shí)行。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches on the construction of socialist deliberative democracy, and addressed the basic principles and main objectives of consultative democracy. The nature, status and main ways are discussed comprehensively and systematically. Therefore, it constitutes the main content of Xi Jinping's deliberative democracy thought, which accepted the essence of Marxist democratic political theory and was rooted in the fertile soil of the excellent political culture of the Chinese nation. He inherited and developed the thought of deliberative democracy of several generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China. Xi Jinping's thought of consultative democracy enriched and developed the Marxist idea of deliberative democracy. Xi Jinping is an important part of the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, which is conducive to promoting scientific decision-making, democratic decision-making and decision-making in accordance with the law of the party and government, and is conducive to brainstorming and seeking the greatest common divisor. This is conducive to the smooth implementation of the "four comprehensive" strategic arrangements.
