【摘要】：民生問(wèn)題一直是當(dāng)前我們很多人都在關(guān)心和關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,民生涉及到我們生活的方方面面,我們黨作為馬克思主義理論的執(zhí)政黨,從建黨伊始就一直在思考如何更好地解決中國(guó)的民生問(wèn)題,如何更好地保障和發(fā)展各個(gè)時(shí)期的民生事業(yè)。改革開(kāi)放以后,隨著社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)不斷向前,我們?cè)诎l(fā)展民生事業(yè)上積累了豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合這些實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),再加上我們對(duì)馬克思主義民生理論的不斷深入理解,并結(jié)合我國(guó)全面深化改革歷史時(shí)期的國(guó)情和發(fā)展情況,逐步形成了具有中國(guó)特色能夠很好解決民生問(wèn)題、發(fā)展民生事業(yè)的社會(huì)主義民生思想。這一系列的民生思想是從最廣大的人民利益出發(fā)的,落實(shí)到民生發(fā)展的事業(yè)中,可以更全面、更有效地滿足人民群眾的民生訴求,維護(hù)人民群眾的民生利益。全文分三個(gè)部分去研究:第一部分:主要闡述了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民生思想形成的時(shí)代背景、理論來(lái)源以及實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)等。第二部分:主要分析說(shuō)明了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民生思想的主要內(nèi)容還有它的特點(diǎn)。里面主要內(nèi)容包括:重視人民群眾的作用;注重生存、優(yōu)先保障;強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)的公平和正義;實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展。歸納總結(jié)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民生思想的一些顯著的特點(diǎn),其特點(diǎn)有:注重“以人為本”;注重以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)。第三部分:主要描述了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民生思想的實(shí)踐途徑等。該章節(jié)主要解釋分析了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民生思想落實(shí)到社會(huì)建設(shè)的各個(gè)方面,如何更好地解決教育、就業(yè)和社會(huì)保障問(wèn)題,如何更好地解決人的全面發(fā)展問(wèn)題,如何更好地有效解決當(dāng)前民生建設(shè)中反映突出的公平公正問(wèn)題和弱勢(shì)群體維護(hù)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood has been the us many people are concerned about people's livelihood, relates to all aspects of our lives, our party as Marx's theory of the ruling party, from at the beginning of construction has been thinking about how to solve the problems of people's livelihood Chinese better, how to better protect the people's livelihood and development of each period. After the reform and opening up, along with the development of socialist modernization forward, we have accumulated rich experience in the development of people's livelihood, combined with the practical experience, in-depth understanding with our people on the physiology of the Marx doctrine, and combining the situation and development of China's comprehensive deepening of reform in the period of history, and gradually formed with China the characteristics can be very good to solve the problems of people's livelihood, the development of people's livelihood of the Socialist People's livelihood thought. This series of thought of people's livelihood from the people. Interests of the implementation to the people's livelihood development, can be more comprehensive, more effectively meet the demands of the people's livelihood, safeguard the people's livelihood interests. The third part: mainly describes the Chinese characteristics of socialist thought of people's livelihood The way of practice. This chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of the implementation of the Socialist People's livelihood thought China into all aspects of social construction, how to better solve the education, employment and social security problems, how to solve the problem of people's all-round development better, how to better solve the problem of the construction of people's livelihood reflects the outstanding fairness problem and weak group maintenance.
