【摘要】：正美國自詡建立了世界上最為完美的民主制度,但其民主制度并不像西方思想家、政治家所鼓吹的那樣完美,無論對國內(nèi)還是在國際上,無論在體制上還是在實(shí)踐中,美國民主都存在著非民主、假民主和反民主的嚴(yán)重問題。一美國對其制度的異己力量是從來不講民主的。從1938年開始,美國就在國會眾議院設(shè)立了反共機(jī)構(gòu)臨時性的"非美活動調(diào)查委員會",1945年成為常設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu),名義上調(diào)查
[Abstract]:The United States boasts that it has established the most perfect democracy in the world, but its democracy is not as perfect as the western thinkers and politicians preach, both at home and abroad. In both system and practice, American democracy has serious problems of non-democracy, false democracy and anti-democracy. (1) the United States' dissent to its system has never been democratic. Since 1938. The United States established in the House of Representatives a provisional "committee of inquiry into non-American activities" of the anti-Communist body. In 1945, it became a permanent body, nominally investigating.
