【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后的國際關(guān)系理論研究對道德層面的關(guān)注日益凸顯,國際關(guān)系后實(shí)證主義流派中的規(guī)范理論則側(cè)重對該層面進(jìn)行研究,其目標(biāo)旨在為建設(shè)一個更為和平、美好、正義的世界提供倫理支持。通過探討規(guī)范理論的研究主題世界主義和社群主義兩種哲學(xué)爭論,評析人道主義干預(yù)與分配正義等規(guī)范理論研究議程,以及考察普遍主義和特殊主義兩種不同的國際正義觀,國際關(guān)系規(guī)范理論力求彰顯國際政治的道德追求,為國家行為提供適當(dāng)?shù)膬r值基礎(chǔ)和道德準(zhǔn)則,并為國際社會的發(fā)展提供努力的方向。
[Abstract]:The theory of international relations after the Cold War pays more and more attention to the moral aspect, while the normative theory in the post-positivism school of international relations focuses on this aspect, the goal of which is to build a more peaceful society. The better, just world provides ethical support. Through the discussion of the normative theory research theme, cosmopolitanism and communitarianism, the research agenda of the normative theory such as humanitarian intervention and distributive justice is analyzed. As well as examining two different views of international justice, universalism and particularity, the normative theory of international relations tries to highlight the moral pursuit of international politics, and provides an appropriate value basis and moral norms for state behavior. And for the development of the international community to provide the direction of efforts.
