【摘要】：習(xí)近平治國理政的戰(zhàn)略思想立足于馬克思主義理論視域的基本價值訴求,彰顯出中國共產(chǎn)黨人堅定的宗旨意識和厚重的為民情懷,并基于矛盾的邏輯、問題的邏輯與實踐的邏輯設(shè)計黨和國家發(fā)展藍圖,謀劃"新三步走"的戰(zhàn)略圖景、"五位一體"的總體布局、"四個全面"的戰(zhàn)略布局等。中國改革開放已進入深水區(qū),體制機制弊端與利益固化藩籬呈現(xiàn)出紛繁復(fù)雜的態(tài)勢,這要求中國共產(chǎn)黨人以"踏石留印、抓鐵有痕"的使命意識沖破體制機制弊端與利益固化藩籬,以實干興邦的精神與"雖千萬人吾往矣"的政治膽識和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魄力,基于頂層設(shè)計與"摸著石頭過河"相結(jié)合的改革路徑謀劃新階段黨和國家事業(yè)的改革發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's strategic thought of governing and managing political affairs is based on the basic value demands of Marxist theory, which shows the Chinese Communists' firm sense of purpose and their heavy feelings for the people, and based on the contradictory logic. The logic of the problem and the logic of practice design the blueprint for the development of the Party and the country, plan the strategic picture of the "new three steps" and the overall layout of the "five in one". China's reform and opening to the outside world has entered the deep water area, and the drawbacks of the system and mechanism and the interest solidification fence have presented a complicated situation, which requires the Chinese Communists to "step on stone to imprint."
