【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲因其固有的新奇性、易操控性、互動交流性以及強烈的畫面刺激感和玩法魅惑性,使得許多青少年深陷其中而難以自拔,由此引發(fā)的青少年性情異變、人格異常以及違法犯罪等社會問題一直備受關(guān)注。而在行業(yè)利益驅(qū)動下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模依然在進一步擴大,以保護青少年為主旨的網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)治理模式亟待加強和完善。網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)的治理需要借助國家立法、政府監(jiān)管、社會監(jiān)督、行業(yè)自律等綜合手段,依靠家庭、學(xué)校和網(wǎng)游企業(yè)等社會多元主體共同參與,通過多個層面多種渠道協(xié)同進行,以實現(xiàn)治理思維體系化、治理行動合作化、治理技術(shù)先進化。加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲行業(yè)的法制化建設(shè)、完善立法體系是治理的基礎(chǔ),細化相關(guān)政府部門職能、規(guī)范政府管理是治理的關(guān)鍵,加強政府指導(dǎo)、依靠行業(yè)自律是實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)科學(xué)治理和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的長久保障。
[Abstract]:The network game because of its inherent novelty, easy handling, and strong interaction of picture stimulation and play charm, so many young people trapped and unable to extricate themselves, which causes juvenile temperament changes, personality disorder and crime and other social problems has attracted much attention in the industry. The interests of the drive, network game the scale of the industry is still in the further expansion, in order to protect the young people as the governance model of network game industry aims to strengthen and perfect the governance. The network game industry needs the support of national legislation, government supervision, social supervision, industry self-regulation and other comprehensive measures on family, school and social net swims the enterprise participation, coordinated by the level of a variety of channels, in order to realize the governance system of governance thinking, cooperative governance action, technology advanced. To strengthen the network game industry law To build up and perfect the legislative system is the foundation of governance. To refine the functions of relevant government departments and regulate government management is the key to governance. Strengthening government guidance and relying on industry self-discipline is a long-term guarantee for the scientific governance and sustainable development of online game industry.
