【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖通過"設(shè)置議題"和"設(shè)置議程"影響輿論的主題和傾向,擔(dān)當(dāng)起了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會中輿論引導(dǎo)者的職責(zé)。目前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖發(fā)展?fàn)顩r不夠理想。對此,應(yīng)從四個方面加強對網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖的培養(yǎng):營造規(guī)范有序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,使贊同主流意識形態(tài)者敢于在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上發(fā)聲;對表現(xiàn)活躍并肯定主流意識形態(tài)的網(wǎng)民,要進(jìn)行政治引領(lǐng)和能力提升;鼓勵體制內(nèi)知識分子和政府官員積極參與到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,形成弘揚主流意識形態(tài)的合力;構(gòu)建科學(xué)、合理的管理機制,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供保障。
[Abstract]:Network opinion leaders through the "agenda setting" and "agenda setting" the impact of public opinion theme and a tendency to assume the responsibility of guiding public opinion in the network society. At present, the situation of development of network opinion leaders is not ideal. In this regard, four aspects should strengthen the cultivation of opinion leaders: to create a standardized and orderly network environment. Agree with the mainstream ideology who dare to voice on the network; on the performance of active and positive mainstream ideology of Internet users, to guide and enhance the ability of the political system; encourage intellectuals and government officials to participate actively in the network, concerted efforts to promote the mainstream ideology; build a scientific and reasonable management mechanism, to provide protection for the sustainable development of Internet opinion leaders.
