【摘要】：改革必須堅持正確方向,沿著正確道路前進。改革道路話語是關于改革方向、立場和原則的話語呈現(xiàn)。廣大人民群眾在改革開放的實踐中對改革道路進行了長期探索,形成了中國特色的改革道路話語體系。在農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)模式改革中形成了以"包產(chǎn)到戶"為核心的話語體系,實現(xiàn)了對極"左"社會主義的突破;在國有企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式改革中形成了以"松綁放權"為核心的話語體系,標示著對中國特色社會主義的新探索;在私營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中形成了以"下海經(jīng)商"為核心的話語體系,實現(xiàn)了對中國特色社會主義的堅守和創(chuàng)新。這些話語基于中國國情、扎根中國實踐、代表人民心聲、具有中國特色,體現(xiàn)了人民群眾在改革中的主體作用和首創(chuàng)精神,對于堅定和拓展中國道路、構建中國改革話語體系、提高中國改革道路在國內(nèi)外的話語權具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Reform must stick to the right direction and move along the right path. The discourse of the reform of the road is a discourse on the direction, position and principle of the reform. In the practice of reform and opening to the outside world, the masses of the masses have explored the road of reform for a long time, and formed a discourse system of the road of reform with Chinese characteristics. In the reform of production mode in rural areas formed the "household responsibility system" as the core of the discourse system, the realization of "left" socialist breakthrough; in the reform of state-owned enterprises in the business model formed a "relaxed decentralization" as the core of the discourse system, marked a new exploration of Chinese characteristic socialism; in the development of the private economy has formed a "business" as the core of the discourse system, realize socialism on Chinese characteristics and stick to innovation. These words China conditions, China rooted practice, on behalf of the people's aspirations, is based on the characteristics of Chinese, embodies the main role of the masses in the process of reform and the pioneering spirit, for the firm and expand the Chinese Road, building Chinese reform discourse system, improve China reform discourse right in domestic and foreign has important significance.
