【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國正在展開的整體轉(zhuǎn)型與力量轉(zhuǎn)移是關(guān)系中國發(fā)展全局的一場深刻變革,這一深刻變革體現(xiàn)在社會心態(tài)、行為模式、利益格局等諸多方面。在中國,整體轉(zhuǎn)型的現(xiàn)實邏輯是從結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型開始的,結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型是現(xiàn)實邏輯的起點。整體轉(zhuǎn)型升級必然帶來力量的轉(zhuǎn)移,這體現(xiàn)為從投資規(guī)模驅(qū)動走向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動,主要依靠創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動引領(lǐng)中國發(fā)展;從物質(zhì)資源走向人力資源,主要依靠內(nèi)在動力推動中國發(fā)展;從需求側(cè)走向供給側(cè),主要依靠供給紅利激活中國發(fā)展;從精英引領(lǐng)走向大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新,主要依靠大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新支撐中國發(fā)展。研究當(dāng)代中國問題,首先需要找準(zhǔn)當(dāng)代中國發(fā)展的歷史方位,抓住當(dāng)代中國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實邏輯,把握當(dāng)代中國發(fā)展的基本走向。
[Abstract]:The transformation and transfer of power in contemporary China is a profound change that is related to the overall development of China. This profound change is reflected in many aspects such as social mentality, behavior mode, interest pattern and so on. In China, the real logic of the overall transformation begins with the transformation of the structure, and the structural transformation is the starting point of the realistic logic. The overall transformation of upgrading will inevitably bring about power, it is shown from the scale of investment driven to innovation driven, innovation driven mainly rely on China lead to human resources development; from the material resources, mainly rely on the inherent power to promote the development of China; from the demand side to the supply side, mainly depends on the supply of dividend Chinese activation development; from the elite led to public entrepreneurship and the innovation, rely mainly on public entrepreneurship, innovation support Chinese development. To study contemporary Chinese problems, we first need to identify the historical orientation of contemporary China's development, grasp the realistic logic of contemporary China's development and grasp the basic trend of contemporary China's development.
