caspase-8在大鼠肌肉挫傷組織中的表達(dá)

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)研究肌肉挫傷與caspase-8表達(dá)的關(guān)系,探討caspase-8能否作為診斷肌肉挫傷和推斷肌肉挫傷時(shí)間的一個(gè)指標(biāo)。方法建立大鼠骨骼肌挫傷模型。55只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。用免疫組化SP法觀察大鼠肌肉挫傷后caspase-8蛋白表達(dá)的變化。結(jié)果隨著損傷經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),caspase-8蛋白表達(dá)強(qiáng)度以及陽(yáng)性面積增加,損傷后30min出現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性信號(hào),1d達(dá)到高峰,5d后恢復(fù)正常表達(dá)水平。結(jié)論caspase-8的檢測(cè)可作為診斷肌肉挫傷和推斷肌肉挫傷時(shí)間的一項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between muscle contusion and caspase-8 expression, and to explore whether caspase-8 can be used as an index to diagnose muscle contusion and infer the time of muscle contusion. Methods the rat model of skeletal muscle contusion was established. 55 SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The changes of caspase-8 protein expression after muscle contusion in rats were observed by immunohistochemical SP method. Results with the prolongation of injury time, the expression intensity and positive area of caspase-8 protein increased. The positive signal of 30min appeared after injury, reached the peak on the 1st day, and returned to the normal expression level after 5 days. Conclusion the detection of caspase-8 can be used as an index to diagnose muscle contusion and infer the time of muscle contusion.
