【摘要】：正 當前,社會穩(wěn)定與治安工作面臨許多新的情況和問題,工作在基層一線的公安機關和民警,怎樣做到既嚴格執(zhí)法又熱情服務,既服務于黨委政府中心工作又要對法律負責,這就需要基層的公安機關嚴格把握界限,做到服務黨委政府中心工作與對法律負責的統一。
[Abstract]:At present, the work of social stability and public security is facing many new situations and problems. Public security organs and police working at the grass-roots level should not only strictly enforce the law but also serve enthusiastically, serve both the central work of the party committee and the government and be responsible for the law. This requires the grass-roots public security organs to strictly grasp the boundaries, to serve the central work of the party committee and the unity of legal responsibility.
