美國貝克斯特測謊系統(tǒng)在我國法庭科學中的應用

【摘要】：該文簡介了美國貝克斯特測謊系統(tǒng)的基本原理及其在我國法院的首次應用情況。在我國這一系統(tǒng)不僅被用于刑事案件 ,也被用于民事案件 ,實踐證明 ,測謊技術起到了其他手段所起不到的作用 ,成為法院辦案過程有力的輔助工具和支持系統(tǒng)。為使本系統(tǒng)具有更高的效力和適合中國的國情 ,需要對貝克斯特測謊系統(tǒng)進行修訂 ,該文也介紹了有關修訂和檢驗的情況
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of American baker lie detection system and its first application in Chinese courts. In our country, this system is used not only in criminal cases, but also in civil cases. Practice has proved that lie detection technology can not play a role in other means, and has become a powerful auxiliary tool and support system in the process of court case handling. In order to make the system more effective and suitable for China, it is necessary to revise the baker lie detection system. This paper also introduces the situation of revision and inspection.
