重慶YL研究所發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】： 隨著近年毒品的泛濫,社會上各種自愿戒毒機構(gòu)紛紛成立,但由于吸毒者多數(shù)文化素質(zhì)低,法制觀念淡薄,社會背景復雜,對毒品有強烈的軀體依賴和精神依賴。在自愿戒毒機構(gòu)中普遍存在難于管理、偷吸,脫毒治療難以順利完成等問題困擾自愿戒毒行業(yè)的發(fā)展。與此同時,由于自愿戒毒行業(yè)存在比較高的利潤,越來越多的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)、大型醫(yī)院也逐步開設(shè)了自愿戒毒科,這必然加劇該行業(yè)的競爭。在此背景下論文選擇一個集科研與臨床、前期脫毒與后期康復為一體的專業(yè)自愿戒毒所,同時也是一家脫毒治療的現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院——YL研究所為切入點,探索自愿戒毒所的發(fā)展問題。 論文首先對中國藥物濫用(Drug Abuse)現(xiàn)狀與特點,取得的成績,存在的問題進行了分析,接著從醫(yī)療服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的無形性、易逝性、品質(zhì)差異性等8個方面對醫(yī)療服務(wù)的特征進行了介紹,從宏觀的政策、經(jīng)濟以及技術(shù)文化環(huán)境,介紹了YL研究所的宏觀外部環(huán)境,進一步詳細分析重慶市醫(yī)療服務(wù)行業(yè)及戒毒行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和YL研究所的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,并應(yīng)用AHP方法對YL研究所的競爭力進行了研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文應(yīng)用SWOT方法系統(tǒng)分析了YL研究所的機會、威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢,認為YL研究所的愿景和使命就是:讓社會了解毒品的危害,使人們遠離毒品,創(chuàng)建無毒家園;減輕藥物依賴對患者身心的損害,改善患者的健康狀況,善待患者,使患者身、心都得到滿足,實現(xiàn)快樂人生;善待醫(yī)護人員,為他們創(chuàng)造提高醫(yī)學技能的機會,使他們擁有滿意的薪水和工作環(huán)境,將組織發(fā)展壯大,使員工有所發(fā)展;努力創(chuàng)新,提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)的附加值。為此可以通過合作戰(zhàn)略、加強型戰(zhàn)略,認真開展社區(qū)服務(wù)和科普教育,走專業(yè)化道路,不斷加強新藥品開發(fā),促進YL研究所的健康發(fā)展。為成功實施戰(zhàn)略,YL研究所應(yīng)從組織的調(diào)整入手,構(gòu)建和培育良好的組織文化,準備充裕的物質(zhì)支持,制定適合的年度計劃,進行一系列的政策改革,引入合理的人才,保障戰(zhàn)略的成功實施。
[Abstract]:With the spread of drugs in recent years, a variety of voluntary drug detoxification institutions have been set up, but because of the low cultural quality of drug addicts, weak legal concepts, complex social background, there is a strong physical and spiritual dependence on drugs. The development of voluntary detoxification industry is plagued by problems such as difficulty in management, drug stealing, and difficulty in successfully completing detoxification treatment in voluntary detoxification institutions. At the same time, because of the high profit of voluntary detoxification industry, more and more medical institutions, large hospitals have gradually set up voluntary detoxification department, which will inevitably intensify the competition of the industry. Under this background, this paper chooses a professional voluntary drug rehabilitation center, which integrates scientific research and clinical research, prophase detoxification and post-rehabilitation, and is also a modern hospital for detoxification treatment, YL Institute, as a breakthrough point. To explore the development of voluntary drug treatment centers. This paper first analyzes the current situation and characteristics, achievements and problems of drug abuse (Drug Abuse) in China, and then analyzes the intangible and perishable nature of medical service products. This paper introduces the characteristics of medical service from eight aspects, such as quality difference, and introduces the macro external environment of YL Institute from the macro policy, economy and technical and cultural environment. The present situation of medical service industry and detoxification industry in Chongqing and the internal environment of YL Institute were analyzed in detail, and the competitiveness of YL Institute was studied by using AHP method. On this basis, the paper systematically analyzes the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of the YL Institute by using the SWOT method, and holds that the vision and mission of the YL Institute are: to let the society understand the harm of drugs, to make people away from drugs and to create drug-free homes; To reduce the damage of drug dependence on the patient's body and mind, to improve the patient's health, to treat the patient well, to satisfy the patient's body and heart, and to realize a happy life. Be kind to medical staff, create opportunities for them to improve their medical skills, make them have a satisfactory salary and working environment, develop organizations and make employees develop, strive to innovate and improve the added value of medical services. Therefore, through cooperative strategy and strengthening strategy, community service and popular science education can be conscientiously carried out, the road of specialization should be taken, the development of new drugs should be strengthened constantly, and the healthy development of YL research institute should be promoted. In order to implement the strategy successfully, YL research institute should start with organizational adjustment, construct and cultivate good organizational culture, prepare sufficient material support, formulate suitable annual plan, carry out a series of policy reforms, and introduce reasonable talents.
