預(yù)防校園暴力:一項(xiàng)值得高度關(guān)注的公共衛(wèi)生課題

摘要
第49屆世界衛(wèi)生大會(huì)(1996)首次將暴力(violence)作為嚴(yán)重危害健康的公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題提出,定義為:"暴力是指蓄意濫用權(quán)力或軀體力量,對(duì)自身、他人、群體或社會(huì)進(jìn)行威脅或傷害,導(dǎo)致身心損傷、死亡、發(fā)育障礙或權(quán)利剝奪的一類行為"[1].從施暴者的行為特征出發(fā),可將暴力分成3類:(1)針對(duì)自身的暴力,如自殺、自傷、自虐;(2)人與人之間的暴力,發(fā)生在社區(qū)、學(xué);蚣彝(針對(duì)伴侶、老人或兒童);(3)集團(tuán)暴力,包括戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和各類暴力沖突(械斗、種族沖突)等[2].
