【摘要】：2010年3月至4月,僅僅才一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間,從福建南平到山東濰坊,接連發(fā)生多起校園慘案,導(dǎo)致數(shù)名少年兒童無(wú)辜喪命,他們的家庭也因此而支離破碎。究竟為什么會(huì)接連發(fā)生多起校園慘案,這些犯罪人的背后動(dòng)機(jī)究竟是什么,到底是什么推動(dòng)他們做出這樣的決定而將罪惡之手伸向毫無(wú)反抗能力的兒童,這些問(wèn)題開(kāi)始逐漸吸引公眾的關(guān)注。 本文的目的是解釋這些校園慘案中報(bào)復(fù)社會(huì)案件犯罪人的犯罪心理成因。通過(guò)內(nèi)外結(jié)合的方式得出結(jié)論。即,既對(duì)犯罪人個(gè)人的角度,包括性格上的缺陷,道德與信仰的缺失等方面的論述,之后“中年危機(jī)”的提出也對(duì)我們理解犯罪人犯罪心理的形成起到了有益的幫助;同時(shí),本文也對(duì)犯罪人的外在生活環(huán)境方面做了觀察,主要包括家庭環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化幾個(gè)角度;最后,這些案發(fā)學(xué)校對(duì)安保的疏忽和漠視,也給了犯罪分子可乘之機(jī)。 在分析犯罪人犯罪心理形成的內(nèi)外因的過(guò)程中,一些經(jīng)典理論將會(huì)對(duì)本文的分析起到指引作用。在本文的選題上,密切相關(guān)的理論當(dāng)然主要是指心理學(xué)與犯罪學(xué)。如果談及心理學(xué),不得不提到的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵人物就是弗洛伊德。弗洛伊德在心理學(xué)的發(fā)展歷史上一直扮演著極其重要的角色。他的精神分析心理學(xué)理論現(xiàn)在仍是廣大心理學(xué)學(xué)者的研究對(duì)象。對(duì)于精神分析心理學(xué)中的人格結(jié)構(gòu)、人格發(fā)展、心理結(jié)構(gòu)等諸多方面對(duì)本文的分析多有裨益。同時(shí),犯罪學(xué)方面也有對(duì)犯罪原因進(jìn)行研究的分支。龍勃羅梭、菲利和李斯特這些犯罪學(xué)大家的犯罪原因論中也有相關(guān)的涉及。本文在文獻(xiàn)綜述的部分,還會(huì)對(duì)已經(jīng)研究過(guò)的校園慘案的原因分析的論文進(jìn)行概述,以便使后文的分析得到更好的理解,產(chǎn)生更多的共鳴。 本文主要想讓大家更多的關(guān)注犯罪人犯罪的原因,而不是僅僅注意犯罪人的犯罪行為到底產(chǎn)生了什么樣的后果,在社會(huì)上激起了何種影響,和最后被判處了什么刑罰。只有知道了原因,才能對(duì)癥下藥,避免類(lèi)似事件的再發(fā)生。當(dāng)然,至于如何預(yù)防,并不在本文的研究范圍之內(nèi)�？墒�,知道了原因,離制定預(yù)防措施也已經(jīng)并不遙遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:From March to April 2010, just over a month ago, from Nanping in Fujian Province to Weifang in Shandong Province, a series of campus tragedies occurred, resulting in the innocent deaths of several young children and the fragmentation of their families. Why there have been so many school tragedies, what are the motives behind these criminals, what are the motivations behind them, and what drives them to make such a decision to reach out to defenseless children? These problems are beginning to draw the attention of the public. The purpose of this paper is to explain the criminal psychological causes of revenge social cases in these campus tragedies. Come to a conclusion through the combination of internal and external. That is, it not only has a beneficial effect on the criminal's personal angle, including personality defect, moral and belief deficiency, but also helps us to understand the criminal psychology after the "middle age crisis". This article also makes the observation to the criminal's external living environment aspect, mainly includes the family environment, the social culture several angles; finally, these crime schools to the security negligence and the disregard, also gave the criminal to have the opportunity. In the process of analyzing the internal and external causes of criminal psychology, some classical theories will guide the analysis. In this paper, the closely related theory of course mainly refers to psychology and criminology. When it comes to psychology, one of the key figures you have to mention is Freud. Freud has always played an important role in the development of psychology. His psychoanalytic psychology theory is still the research object of the majority of psychology scholars. It is beneficial to the analysis of personality structure, personality development and psychological structure in psychoanalytic psychology. At the same time, criminology also has a branch of research on the causes of crime. Rembroso, Philip and Liszt are also involved in their theories of the causes of crime. In the part of literature review, this paper will also summarize the analysis of the causes of the campus tragedy that has been studied, in order to better understand the later analysis and produce more resonance. This article mainly wants to let everybody pay more attention to the reason of the criminal crime, rather than only pay attention to what kind of consequences the criminal behavior has produced, what kind of influence has been aroused in the society, and what punishment has been handed down finally. Only when we know the reason, can we remedy the case and avoid the recurrence of similar events. Of course, how to prevent, do not fall within the scope of this study. However, knowing the reasons, it is not far away from the development of preventive measures.
