【摘要】：在“嚴打”整治斗爭和整頓規(guī)范市場經(jīng)濟秩序工作中,檢察機關認真查處了一批“保護傘”案件,對這些案件的特點、規(guī)律進行認真剖析和研究,對于有針對性地開展打擊和預防,進一步推動“嚴打”深入進行大有益處。
[Abstract]:In the struggle to "strike hard" and rectify and standardize the order of the market economy, the procuratorial organs seriously investigated and dealt with a number of "umbrella cases", and conscientiously analyzed and studied the characteristics and laws of these cases.
