【摘要】：在“嚴(yán)打”整治斗爭和整頓規(guī)范市場經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序工作中,檢察機(jī)關(guān)認(rèn)真查處了一批“保護(hù)傘”案件,對這些案件的特點、規(guī)律進(jìn)行認(rèn)真剖析和研究,對于有針對性地開展打擊和預(yù)防,進(jìn)一步推動“嚴(yán)打”深入進(jìn)行大有益處。
[Abstract]:In the struggle to "strike hard" and rectify and standardize the order of the market economy, the procuratorial organs seriously investigated and dealt with a number of "umbrella cases", and conscientiously analyzed and studied the characteristics and laws of these cases.
