【摘要】：四川省公安廳于 2 0 0 0年在巴中地區(qū)進(jìn)行了公路巡警建設(shè)試點(diǎn)工作 ,出現(xiàn)了六大顯著變化 :觀念變新 ,機(jī)構(gòu)變精 ,業(yè)務(wù)變廣 ,警務(wù)變勤 ,隊(duì)伍變強(qiáng) ,機(jī)制變活。建立起反應(yīng)快速 ,集交通管理、治安防范、打擊犯罪、治理公路“三亂·”、救助群眾為一體的公路交通治安管理新機(jī)制 ,呈現(xiàn)交通事故下降 ,公路交通安全和治安形勢(shì)日趨好轉(zhuǎn)的良好勢(shì)頭。
[Abstract]:In 2000, Sichuan Public Security Bureau carried out the pilot work of highway patrol police construction in Bazhong area. There were six significant changes: the new concept, the refinement of the organization, the expansion of the business, the shift of the police service and the strength of the ranks. The mechanism becomes alive. To establish a new mechanism for the management of highway traffic security that is quick to react, set up traffic management, guard against public security, crack down on crime, control the "three chaos" of highways, and help the masses, and present a drop in traffic accidents. Road traffic safety and public order situation is getting better and better.
