【摘要】： 青少年違法犯罪是世界各國、各地區(qū)所共同面臨的嚴(yán)重的社會問題,同時也威脅到我國和諧社會的構(gòu)建。近年來,青少年中的未成年人違法犯罪問題日益突出,引起了社會各界的高度關(guān)注。青少年違法犯罪的原因非常復(fù)雜,概括起來,主要有主體因素和主體外因素。主體因素主要包括個體的生理、心理、行為、意志和情緒等因素,而主體外因素包括社會政治經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會轉(zhuǎn)軌、價值失范、媒體影響、自然環(huán)境和情景要素等。但筆者認(rèn)為,引起青少年違法犯罪的主要原因在于青少年個體在社會化過程中形成不良自我及自我控制的不足。因為任何青少年個體的違法犯罪行為都是他們個人錯誤的認(rèn)知模式、不良的心理、行為、意志、情緒與法律模式之間的沖突,是受自我控制的。而自我則是主體因素和主體外因素相互作用的結(jié)果,即是個體在社會互動中形成并引導(dǎo)個體行為的。青少年違法犯罪預(yù)防的控制策略包括社會控制和自我控制,但社會原因和社會控制手段并不能自動地對青少年個體發(fā)生作用,必須經(jīng)過個體評價、賦予意義并內(nèi)化為個體的內(nèi)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之后,才能對個體行為發(fā)生實質(zhì)的影響。因此,自我控制在青少年違法犯罪預(yù)防方面起內(nèi)因和基礎(chǔ)性的作用。如缺乏有效的自我控制,任何強(qiáng)大的社會控制都將變得蒼白無力。因此,培養(yǎng)青少年的自我控制策略,提高他們的自我控制能力,是預(yù)防他們違法犯罪的最重要的手段。本文引用了社會心理學(xué)、人格心理學(xué)中的自我概念及自我控制和調(diào)節(jié)的理論,從青少年違法犯罪狀況、青少年犯罪預(yù)防控制理論、自我控制與青少年犯罪預(yù)防等方面,借鑒了社會學(xué)、社會心理學(xué)、心理學(xué)、犯罪學(xué)、犯罪心理學(xué)等方面的研究成果,分別從培養(yǎng)青少年自我控制違法犯罪動機(jī)、提高認(rèn)知調(diào)控能力、培養(yǎng)堅強(qiáng)的意志品質(zhì)、善于控制不良情緒等方面提出了一些具有可操作性的方法和策略,以期能對青少年教育和青少年違法犯罪預(yù)防起到積極意義。另外,自我和自我控制在心理學(xué)中也是難點和熱點,而目前關(guān)于自我、自我控制與青少年違法犯罪預(yù)防方面論述的資料極少,所以也想做一些這方面的開創(chuàng)性工作,以達(dá)到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a serious social problem faced by all countries and regions in the world, and it also threatens the construction of a harmonious society in our country. In recent years, juvenile delinquency has become increasingly prominent, which has aroused great concern from all walks of life. The reasons of juvenile delinquency are very complicated. The main factors include individual physiology, psychology, behavior, will, emotion and so on, while the extrinsic factors include social political and economic structure, social transition, value loss, media influence, natural environment and situational elements, etc. However, the author believes that the main cause of juvenile delinquency is the lack of self-control and self-control in the process of socialization. Because any individual juvenile's criminal behavior is their personal wrong cognitive model, bad psychology, behavior, will, emotion and legal model of conflict, is self-control. The self is the result of the interaction between the subjective factor and the external factor, that is, the individual forms and guides the individual behavior in the social interaction. The control strategies of juvenile delinquency prevention include social control and self-control, but social reasons and means of social control can not automatically affect the individual juvenile, and must be evaluated by individual. Only when the meaning is given and internalized as the internal standard of the individual, can the individual behavior be affected substantially. Therefore, self-control plays an internal and fundamental role in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Without effective self-control, any strong social control will become feeble. Therefore, it is the most important means to prevent them from committing crimes by cultivating their self-control strategies and improving their self-control ability. This paper cites the theories of self-concept and self-control and adjustment in social psychology and personality psychology, from the aspects of juvenile delinquency, juvenile delinquency prevention and control theory, self-control and juvenile delinquency prevention, etc. Drawing lessons from sociology, social psychology, criminal psychology and other aspects of research, respectively, from the cultivation of juvenile self-control of criminal motivation, improve cognitive control ability, cultivate strong will quality, Some operable methods and strategies are put forward in such aspects as controlling bad emotions so as to play a positive role in juvenile education and prevention of juvenile delinquency. In addition, self-control and self-control are also difficult and hot topics in psychology. But at present, there is very little information on self, self-control and prevention of juvenile delinquency, so we also want to do some pioneering work in this area.
