【摘要】：當(dāng)前,各級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)的警務(wù)管理仍然基本沿襲原有的模式,其發(fā)展總體上滯后于警務(wù)戰(zhàn)略層面的改革進(jìn)程�；鶎庸矙C(jī)關(guān)作為整個(gè)公安系統(tǒng)管理活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),有機(jī)地吸收現(xiàn)代管理科學(xué)的思想、方法和技術(shù)手段,以實(shí)現(xiàn)警務(wù)管理模式的變革創(chuàng)新,是深化公安工作改革、建立現(xiàn)代警務(wù)機(jī)制的需要。
[Abstract]:At present, the policing management of public security organs at all levels still basically follows the original mode, and its development lags behind the reform process of policing strategy level. As the basic link of the management activities of the whole public security system, the grass-roots public security organs organically absorb the scientific ideas, methods and technical means of modern management in order to realize the reform and innovation of the management mode of the police, which is to deepen the reform of the public security work. The need of establishing modern policing mechanism.
