【摘要】： 社區(qū)矯正代表著世界范圍內(nèi)行刑發(fā)展的潮流與趨勢(shì)。在改革開(kāi)放的社會(huì)大環(huán)境下,盡早開(kāi)展社區(qū)矯正,大力推進(jìn)我國(guó)的行刑改革,已是大勢(shì)所趨。為此,2003年7月,我國(guó)已在部分地區(qū)先期開(kāi)展了社區(qū)矯正試點(diǎn)工作。在此背景下,加強(qiáng)對(duì)社區(qū)矯正的理論探討就顯得更加緊迫而必要。本文旨在對(duì)社區(qū)矯正的思想演進(jìn)、價(jià)值及我國(guó)開(kāi)展社區(qū)矯正的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)等作系統(tǒng)而深入的探討,并為我國(guó)社區(qū)矯正的模式建構(gòu)建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:Community correction represents the trend and trend of execution in the world. Under the social environment of reform and opening up, it is the trend of the times to carry out community correction as soon as possible and vigorously promote the execution reform of our country. Therefore, in July 2003, our country has carried out pilot work of community correction in some areas. In this context, it is more urgent and necessary to strengthen the theoretical discussion of community correction. The purpose of this paper is to make a systematic and in-depth discussion on the ideological evolution, the value and the social basis of community correction in China, and to make suggestions for the construction of the mode of community correction in our country.
