【摘要】： 社區(qū)矯正代表著世界范圍內(nèi)行刑發(fā)展的潮流與趨勢。在改革開放的社會大環(huán)境下,盡早開展社區(qū)矯正,大力推進(jìn)我國的行刑改革,已是大勢所趨。為此,2003年7月,我國已在部分地區(qū)先期開展了社區(qū)矯正試點(diǎn)工作。在此背景下,加強(qiáng)對社區(qū)矯正的理論探討就顯得更加緊迫而必要。本文旨在對社區(qū)矯正的思想演進(jìn)、價(jià)值及我國開展社區(qū)矯正的社會基礎(chǔ)等作系統(tǒng)而深入的探討,并為我國社區(qū)矯正的模式建構(gòu)建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:Community correction represents the trend and trend of execution in the world. Under the social environment of reform and opening up, it is the trend of the times to carry out community correction as soon as possible and vigorously promote the execution reform of our country. Therefore, in July 2003, our country has carried out pilot work of community correction in some areas. In this context, it is more urgent and necessary to strengthen the theoretical discussion of community correction. The purpose of this paper is to make a systematic and in-depth discussion on the ideological evolution, the value and the social basis of community correction in China, and to make suggestions for the construction of the mode of community correction in our country.
