[Abstract]:A team is a group of members who share common goals, lead together, trust each other, and communicate with each other to achieve a high degree of synergy. The measurement of team development level can not only enrich the theory of group measurement, but also provide an effective tool for group characteristics measurement. At present, there are few researches on team measurement tools at home and abroad. Through the analysis and investigation of relevant literature, this study explores the structure of team characteristics. Based on the survey of 868 police officers, a police team development level questionnaire was developed. Through exploratory factor analysis, we find that the team characteristics are composed of five factors: leadership, goal, cooperation, communication, and trust. The results showed that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.
