【摘要】：近年來,白銀市平川區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,活躍的經(jīng)濟(jì)和就業(yè)機(jī)會吸引了大量的外來就業(yè)人員。外來人口一方面促進(jìn)了平川區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、豐富了人口資源的多元化；一方面又加快了生產(chǎn)要素的優(yōu)化組合、促進(jìn)了平川區(qū)的城市化進(jìn)程。但是,隨著外來人口的增多,也產(chǎn)生了諸多服務(wù)和管理等方面的社會問題。當(dāng)前,就如何抑制外來人口犯罪,己成為構(gòu)建和諧平川的重要課題。本文通過介紹平川區(qū)外來人口犯罪的特點和成因,希望尋求切實有效的方法來降低外來人口犯罪率,在這方面取得平川區(qū)社會管理的創(chuàng)新和突破。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Pingchuan District of Baiyin City has developed rapidly, and the active economy and employment opportunities have attracted a large number of migrant workers.On the one hand, the foreign population promotes the economic development of Pingchuan district and enriches the diversification of population resources; on the other hand, it speeds up the optimized combination of production factors and promotes the urbanization process of Pingchuan district.However, with the increase of foreign population, there are many social problems in service and management.At present, how to suppress the crime of foreign population has become an important issue in building a harmonious Pingchuan.By introducing the characteristics and causes of crimes committed by the foreign population in Pingchuan District, this paper hopes to seek practical and effective ways to reduce the crime rate of the foreign population and to make innovations and breakthroughs in the social management of Pingchuan District in this respect.
